I was really excited to try this place, we were staying at the hotel and we wanted to check out the restaurant attached. Quaint, nice atmosphere however the service and the food were terrible! The hostess was so drunk that she did not know how or where to seat people, she was leaning up against the wall every chance she got, also we saw her walk away from the bar with a bottle of vodka and never return with it! I ordered my meal and was brought completely something different and when I told the waitress that was not what I ordered she said “well this is what you ordered, so“ Excuse me? I complained to the owners and I finally got my steak tips that I ordered medium but they came both burnt and undercooked at the same time! Inside was bloody and raw and the outside was completely black, hard & charred. And to make it better the owner offered me her lunch… Really? I don’t want to eat something that was already somebody’s lunch. Thanks, no thanks.

Didn’t expect much from a restaurant in the area because its hard to find something to eat late up there. The owners were great but the hostess was too drunk to seat us 30 minutes after open, and was heavily drinking from a bottle of titos the whole time we were there. The waitress insisted the order she gave us was ours, was very rude about it. Then swiftly took it away and gave it to the table next to us. I wish i ate their meal because the simple burger i ordered was so burned outside and rare on the inside i couldn’t eat it. Waitress gave us her half eaten lunch as an im sorry. Would definitely recommend getting take out somewhere and taking it back to the resort instead of eating here.

Our waitress was very nice and the hostess was friendly. The service was good, but over all I can’t give it more than three stars because, for $5 apiece off the kids’ menu, my kids were served actual Kraft Mac & Cheese out of the box. The fries servings were skimpy and my baked potato was served cold. The place is dimly lit and just unwelcoming. The good news is they are under new kitchen management so maybe it will change. This was July 19, 2017. Will never repeat.

Terrible food! We went to dinner on Sunday night. We ordered a cup of French onion soup and when it came out, we asked where was the cheese on top. The server told us that was the decision made since they don’t have cups to melt the cheese on. Our child ordered chicken tenders and they came out very greasy and overcooked, like they deep fried them to reheat them. They boast of their prime rib, we ordered 2 medium rare steaks and we were brought grey, beyond well done beef jerky. We asked to speak with the manager and they sent the cook out that said that was the last cut of meat he had. The server never offered for more drinks or even tried to have us order something diferent. Terrible service and even worse food. Never come here!

The absolute worst meal I have ever experienced. Chicken Parm came out half cooked; three of us ordered it. Replaced with a burger, just as awful, tasted like a dirty grill, potatoes were awful. Son in laws steak was awful, tasted like the meat was spoiled; beef dip sandwich tasted like meat was spoiled as well. Food service took an hour plus. Two other parties left as well with rhe same complaints and one refused to pay. If I could give them no star I would. People were nice but disorganized. Left without eating anything basically.

I wish i knew it,was two stars on other sites before stopping. But then again, all the restaurants in the Lincoln, Woodstock area seem to have bad reviews for service, etc. I waited 20 minutes before being seated, which i am ok with. Its waiting 20 minutes before a waitress came to our table after being seated, I am NOT ok with! I had to get the hostess to find out who our waitress was. Never got any offerof free drinks or dessert either!

We went here for a breakfast. Got a “meat lovers omelet”. It was the size of my fist and cost $13.00! SOOOOO overpriced, they don’t use real eggs and it wasn’t even good. We won’t be going back here.

I loved the the bar at the hotel, but the food….I hate leaving bad reviews, but this was not good. I am not sure if it is because they were about to close or ageism. I wanted to love this place, but could not.

Awful. Silverware was dirty. Didn’t get our drinks until the meal came out. Food was cold and less than average.

We love Woodwards but they have to fix restaurant. Terrible service, food okay but NOT kid friendly. Wish it was better because otherwise resort is awesome.
