I recently dined at Bronze Buffalo Ranch at Teton Springs and was seriously impressed. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel welcome and taken care of. The service was attentive, friendly, and professional throughout the entire evening.
I ordered the scallops and they were outstanding. Perfectly seared with amazing flavor and cooked just right — tender and buttery. You can tell a lot of care goes into every plate that comes out of the kitchen. The portions are generous too, so definitely arrive with an appetite.
Overall, it was a fantastic dining experience and one I would absolutely recommend. I’m already looking forward to coming back!

The food was exceptional. I ordered the Thai Half Chicken and it was cooked to absolute perfection — juicy, flavorful, and beautifully plated. The portions are very generous, so definitely come hungry! Every bite felt thoughtfully prepared and high quality.
The drinks are just as impressive — delicious, well-balanced, and I especially love that they rotate seasonally. It makes each visit feel unique and gives you something new to try every time.
And don’t even get me started on dessert… it’s to die for. The Cowboy Cookie is an absolute must — warm, rich, and the perfect sweet ending to an incredible meal.

My friends and I had such a great dinner at the Grille! The Pork Belly Bao Buns were so good and the King Salmon was cooked perfectly. Everything tasted fresh and came out great. Service was friendly and made the night easy and fun. We’ll definitely be back.

This is truly a hidden gem in Teton Valley, and it is really hidden – you have to seek it out and I recommend you do. It’s a beautiful space with excellent food and drinks. There isn’t really another high end American restaurant in the valley and it delivers on all fronts. A great dining experience!

Wow! We had an amazing dinner to celebrate a special 60th birthday! Mary and her team went above and beyond and exceeded our expectations with personalized menus, and last minute beautiful decorations due to closed roads and copious amounts of snow! We had a private room, special birthday chalk board, a coloring table for our young granddaughter…lots of special touches to make the evening memorable! ♥️♥️♥️

I recently celebrated a special 60th birthday here and was absolutely blown away by the amazing service, attention to detail, and friendly staff. We had a private room with beautiful decorations and personalized menus, which was extraordinary. The drinks and food were outstanding! Dirty martinis and sweet potato ravioli anyone? I highly recommend this restaurant for any special occasion or just a night out. Thank you for creating such a memorable evening for us – already wanting to come back!

I have been here a couple times throughout the years, and there is always new staff when I go in. I have been twice in the past month. Sadly, on one of the nights I went in, the staff felt and looked very stressed, especially due to what seemed to be an older white lady watching over them like a hawk. She had a very particular way of treating her staff. I also went in a week before and had overheard their manager say that he only worked there for the free golfing, which seems very unprofessional to me, since members pay lots of money to golf at the resort. The servers were very kind and caring despite that, but sadly the steak and half chicken I and my partner ordered were very bland and served with what seemed like boxed mashed potatoes. Sadly it’s not what it used to be and I will not be returning when I come back into town next time.
