Amazing. Simply amazing.
The Grill Room was the complete experience thanks to a lovely space, amazing staff, and incredible food.
Margarita was made just right. Wine suggestion was just right with a local BC Chardonnay.
Special thank you to Adam, Paul, and Martin who exemplify what it means to provide world-class customer service.
Everyone cheerful and not pretentious, something that can and does occur at most other restaurants of this quality.
The salmon was simply incredible as was the wagyu steak. I must say that the dry aged ribeye was absolutely out of this world.
Truffle fries… Fabulous and evaporated off the table.
Burrata salad and steak tartare divine.
For dessert, Bananas Foster was such a treat. Chocolate chip cookie cheesecake incredible. Creme brulee and blackberry brownie bar were also superb.
I could keep going about how great it was.
It was one of those rare experiences that we were amazed to have.

We had a great time at the Grill room. It was quiet and cozy atmosphere and enjoyed the foods and wine. It can be confusing as it is at the back side of part of the Wildflower.

We had the most amazing experience at the Grill Room. It was the best meal and service I have ever experienced, from start to finish. We want to say a big thank you to our server Robert, who guided our meal to perfection. He recommended the Tbone paired with a bernaise which we ordered and absolutely loved. We started with the scallops/pork belly dish, also highly recommend. The addition of the chicharron for a little crunch took the dish next level. Finally, Robert did a tableside flambé of some bananas foster to be enjoyed over some ice cream and it was the perfect end to our meal. The only thing sweeter than the dessert was having the lovely and charming chef Jon Brandt come visit our table to wish us a good night! We can’t wait to recommend the Grill Room to all of our friends

We were celebrating our honeymoon in Whistler and decided to visit The Grill Room to end our stay here. Food was amazing, starting with the fresh, plump and juicy oysters from Vancouver Island. The striploin to share was cooked perfectly to our liking. The sides of asparagus and potatoe puree rounded out the meal nicely. Big shoutout to Craig, our server who was amazing throughout the night and prepared a sweet treat for us to end off our dinner. Would definitely recommend this place!

Our server Adam was lovely! The food was not as great as other steak houses we’ve been to. The Mac and cheese was a rubbery texture and the steaks lacked flavour but were cooked well. The asparagus were delicious but the price point over all was a little high for the food you get. I understand this is kind of the case in a restaurant within in hotel in whistler but I still was hoping for the food to reflect the price and it didn’t.

I went for a dinner with friends, we stayed at the hotel. Service was amazing!!! Robert was our server, and you can see that he is very passionate about what he does. We were having fun the whole night. Adam was the other server who also checked our table after our dinner to do the magic trick. Food was soo delicious. We had Gin Tomato soup, Tomahawk steak & dessert. We were making jokes with Robert, that we will not order dessert if it doesn’t cone on a wheel. Because everything we ordered came on a wheel. It was a great night! Definitely will be back!!!

Came in for a meal with my family for my dads 70th birthday! The food was amazing Adam serviced us and he was so knowledgeable about the wines and all of the food helped me with everything! We got the soup on the menu and it was cooked at table side by Olivia!! ( you have to get it) we where there for about 3 hours and loved every minute of it! Definitely going back very soon too restaurant in whistler!
