3rd time being here! Really great environment and for only $32 (or $39 for added shrimp & brisket) all you can eat… the meat is good! John is a great table runner/server. The service fee is for the extra cleaning of the dripping juices on the grills, so tip is extra for the server. Easily $125 for 2 people and 4 cans of diet coke.

The Grill King is perfect.

We chose the standard AYCE option, which had everything we needed and more. Worth every penny. I love how thinly the meats were sliced and how every cut was fresh and clean. And the portion sizes made me so happy. So happy. Also, the sides and the sauces were beyond delicious. Frankly, the sauce options alone revealed to me that this restaurant really cares about Korean food.

The service was also top-notch. Super polite and super attentive. We had our grill changed multiple times, and our sides were restocked as soon as they were emptied. Also: FREE RICE REFILLS.

Overall, this is the BEST AYCE KBBQ I’ve ever been to, and I’m looking forward to more belly-filling nights at the Grill King. Keep up the good work!

It’s $41 or so after tax/mandatory 18% gratitude (for the $32 option).
The $39 will probably be around $50.

I tried this place out last night since my friend live up north. Otherwise, I’ll recommend going Federal Way. Slightly cheaper, better food, still AYCE, just more variety.

At least the server with red hair was cute tho, pretty friendly too.

This review will be more food quality based. The service however is wonderful. Very attentive and friendly. Meat quality is really low, cheaper quality of meats for sure. Banchan are also subpar. Open late so that’s a pro.

We thought the service and quality was like review but seem like overall bad and expensive. Look at the receipt and how they explain charge 18% tip automatically with anything I asked they didn’t have. I asked if they have more banchan, salad , even lettuce they said charge each bowl $3 more. The service lady look like she doesn’t understand what we asking for. We went on Saturday night dinner 5pm and only 2 tables. I have never seen anything state in the receipt explained 18% charge and ayce $45 with no salad . Never come back!

We went there to celebrate graduation around 9:30. We ordered combo for three, the portion was a lot! Everything was delicious. The service was great and the owner gave us an extra beef and sides for free.

Good food, pretty good value. Fyi, they have an outdated menu on their website. Prices have gone up quite a bit since then. It’s now $32 per person for the basic order, plus an 18% surcharge, so you’re looking at a minimum $40. Also, the basic all-you-can-eat order only has 4 meats now (no chicken.) I would still recommend it.

I had a very uncomfortable experience at this Korean BBQ. The service was extremely poor. Multiple times I raised my hand to get a staff member’s attention, and they clearly saw me but ignored me, walked away, and went into the kitchen instead. No one came to our table for almost 20 minutes. I eventually had to leave my seat and ask for water myself, which should never happen at a restaurant.
On top of that, we were rushed the entire time. The staff made it very clear they wanted us to finish quickly and leave because there were people waiting. That is not the customer’s problem. We were trying to enjoy our meal, but we were pressured nonstop. The grill heat was turned up to the maximum (level 5), causing the meat to burn, yet they still rushed us.
They kept coming to our table with the check, hesitating and walking back and forth in the middle of us eating, which felt like a clear message of “hurry up and get out.” It made the whole experience stressful and unpleasant.
The place itself is very small with poor ventilation, which made it even more uncomfortable. Overall, the service, atmosphere, and treatment ruined what should have been an enjoyable meal. I would not recommend this place.

My husband and I love coming here. The staff is super kind and generous with servings. The all you can eat deal is a good deal and if you add the $6 veggie bowl, it makes you STUFFED! It’s enough veggies for 2+ people. It’s about $100 for both of us with waters, veggie bowl and a generous tip.

Good Enough for a Chill Night Out

The dining experience here was “good enough.” For two people, our bill came out to $75 — that includes a mandatory 18% tip added before we even sat down. We went with the standard dinner selection: unseasoned pork belly, beef brisket, marinated beef, and spicy pork. Nothing fancy, but it gets the job done.

Can’t really complain — you’re cooking frozen, raw meat at your table, so expectations should be realistic.

What really stood out was the service. There was just one Korean gentleman running the floor, and he was on point the entire time. Super attentive and friendly — definitely made the experience better.

All in all, it’s a solid spot. If you’re craving Korean BBQ without too many frills, grab a seat — your money’s not wasted here.
Thanks!
