I ordered extra crispy fries, they were not as crispy as I like them. The person who took my order said she would have them put back down, they kept my fries for about 5-8 minutes, then gave them back no different than before!!!! They never did shit with them

Came here for dinner after a busy day on a Friday night just after 10 PM while the casino was busy. One lady was working the register and had to stop ordering for 15 minutes for some reason. Then when we were able to order, barely half the menu was available and no Chinese buffet. All the food they could serve was on a hand-written little note. I was really looking forward to the Chinese food which was disappointing. I got a burger and it was decent. I think they were short staffed with just a cashier and a chef, so I felt bad. I’ve never been to this casino until recently and I heard this used to be an actual restaurant. They’ve changed it to a food court and it seems to be for the worst. Beer options were very slim too. Management: please fix the way you serve your food and maybe just go back to having an actual restaurant. Had I not stayed the night, I’ve would’ve not played and ate somewhere else.

I’ve eaten here less than a half dozen times, but each experience is a culinary delight. The salmon was well prepared and presentation was superb. My company treats us to some of the finest resorts and restaurants, the tastes here easily compared! Kudos to the entire staff, job well done!

We had a little bit slow service BUT the waiter discounted one of our appetizers and also gave us our three adult beverages free. The staff was very friendly we had a great time. Would recommend to others! The staff even offered us some candy because it was halloween.

I’m only giving this more than one star because my club sandwich was good. The service was HORRIBLE!!!!! It took forever to get anyone to even look in our direction as they were passing our table. Others around us were whispering what we were thinking too. We almost just left when our food finally came out. Our drinks came after we re-asked for them. It took forever to get our check so we waited at the register with another couple who were standing there for a good long while before us. None of the staff was friendly. Probably gonna skip this place from now on.

The quality of food the last few times I have eaten at the grille was just okay. The steak special is a good price however it’s a small portion of meat and with the overcooked vegetables makes for a rather boring experience. One of my favorites and what I would suggest from the grilles menu is the “Chicken Chipotle Pasta.” A few weeks ago I called to place an order to go and they refused to take the order without a credit card. So I had to walk-in, place the order and wait till it was ready which made for a lengthy dinner time. The reason you want food to go is out of convenience, simplicity and not having to wait too long. The food was bland and the pasta was mushy and over-cooked. I should have called them to complain, however I don’t think my opinion would change the outcome. Wait staff and service are always pleasant and memorable.

The food is never consistent. We ordered a Blue Print burger. It came with no burger. Botton Bun..bacon..2 jalapeño slices..top bun. Then we ordered the tacos. Guacamole was black. Another day I ordered tacos & a chicken cesear salad. This took an hour.They forgot to charge me for the salad. Another 20 minute wait for them to make the salad. The manager of the Grille is very rude. She raised her voice to me when I asked if there would be a burger on the next Blue Print burger I ordered. We know all about it she repeated to me 3 times. The $9.99 steak dinner is awesome. I was in there about 9 months ago..they gave my order to domebody else. She brought my order back after she got home. The person at the register tried to get me to take this order. I had them make me a new order. This was during the height of vovid. How did I know if this person had covid or not. Who wants food after someone else took it home & brought it back. The manager was called & she just didn’t care. Customer service in the restaurant sucks.the staff here just doesn’t care. Vickie & Christian are the best people they have working in the Grille.Including the manager.

Been there a dozens times for a burger, wrap or other sandwich, food was decent, service was good. Went there a couple weeks ago and the small menu got smaller and prices got higher. It used to be a decent deal now I don’t think I’ll be returning.

The Chinese food has lots of ginger or something. Maybe I will try other items. Will be a minute before I go back. It’s just not the same. It’s more of a snack bar/quick bite food. It is missing the restaurant atmosphere. I just don’t care much for it.
