Get the peach crostini!
Food was delicious. Our server Elliot was so patient and made sure we got all our food.
Pot roast and mashed potatoes was one of the best. Tender meat and super smooth and delicious mashed potatoes! Carrot cake was also good not overly sweet.

The Grill is located inside Quail Creek, which is a 55+ gated community. The Grill provides indoor and outdoor dining options with bar seating. We visited the Grill 3 times while staying as guests of the community. In the evening, The Grill was busy and loud as it is currently the only restaurant option for lunch and dinner in Quail Creek. This will change shortly with the opening of new facilities in March or April 2025. Food was good quality, variety was acceptable, and the wait staff was friendly. On various evenings live bands perform and a dancing area is available. While we were in the community, the Grill was closed one day unexpectedly because of plumbing issues. This was unfortunate as we were playing golf and had hoped to grab a quick bite and beer after the ninth hole. It would have been great if the restaurant had at least offered cold can drinks. The golf course did not have cart service, and the pro shop did not offer drinks either. The only option for guests golfing is to buy food and drinks through The Grill. Overall, The Grill is a great restaurant option for the residents. I’m not sure I would make a trip just to dine at the restaurant, though.

We’ve eaten here three times in the last few weeks. The Reuben was excellent and my husband enjoyed the Fish Tacos. My aunt always has the salmon and is never disappointed. I had the pizza tonight, which was very good. Sunday the four of us had a lovely brunch. I had the All American Breakfast which was wonderful. The over easy eggs were perfect, bacon crispy and hash browns well done…just as ordered. I can’t wait to go again for brunch!

UPDATE:

We’ve been back here many times since and have always had a good experience with staff and love the live music! My 6 year old son always cuts a little rug and has a great time with everyone including the bands. Meatloaf was good too, as is their pizza, ribs, seafood fettuccine, and others I’m sure. The wine flight is a bargain. One suggestion is to open up the dance floor a bit more.

Nothing but accolades for The Grill at Quail Creek. Celebrated my mom’s birthday here in a private room which was beautiful and perfect for a very energetic 5 year old. Food was good and reasonable especially without drinks. The staff was very accommodating. Moved out to the bar area where there was live music and my son took over and got everyone in the dancing mood. Great band playing a mix of 70s & 80s mostly and even allowed my son to use the tambourine

We’ll be back to enjoy more food, music, and dancing.

Service was great, table in the corner by the hall not so much. The All American Breakfast won’t bring me back. Ordered eggs over medium, they came with runny whites. Only one piece of toast. Don’t care for breakfast potatoes loaded with onions and peppers, and I don’t know what the Bloody Mary was made with – but it wasn’t tomato juice. Bacon needed more time on the grill. Except for the service – everything was a fail for Brunch today.

Our friend invited 2 of us to lunch 10/14. I ordered the chicken Piccata… so darn salty, seeds in the olives & ALL but one of the pieces of”artichokes” was just leaves. Both of their different meal were not good so they ordered something different & said they would take what they didn’t eat home to their spouse to try. So all 5 meals were paid for plus the desserts & drinks. Our waiter was extremely friendly and patient. But I felt bad for my friend that must have had a hefty bill.

Lovely atmosphere, with luxurious green views from walls of windows. There is also an outside seating area with lots of fans high overhead. They have semi-private booths and tables with large, upholstered captain’s seats. Friendly service and excellent choices of food. Go early for lunch as it fills up quickly. We enjoyed the Reuben sandwiches and potato soup. The house chips are house-made, very crisp chips, seasoned and sprinkled with parmesan with an aoili sauce so tasty that I dipped my Reuben in it! Prices for lunch are average for this area. Portion sizes are generous… we took home half. Dinner prices start at about $28.
Our new favorite restaurant!

Breakfast looked good, there’s a nice view in the patio. Service, well… we got our beakfast in average time, I ordered veggie omelet. Portions were fine, but food needed more salt for my taste. Asked server for salt, he took forever to bring the salt… actually he never brought the salt, we needed to go and beg for it… perhaps it was a busy day tho… anyways for the price we shouldn’t be begging for salt

We had a wonderful time, the dining area is so bright and really nice all the employees were lined up and looked amazing in their Vibrant Blue shirts. The Bar is amazing and large. Loved the atmosphere and the food was good. Pricing was fair and our server Adam was AMAZING and really did a wonderful job. The menu was truly impressive compared to ours at Robson Casa Grande, that was an eye opener. The reason for the four stars is because we went there thinking since two of us live in Robson Ranch in Casa Grande we could just use our Member Number but unfortunately that was not the case we had to use a charge card, and I thought when we purchased that we could use amenities at any and all of the properties, very disappointing for sure. But we had a blast visiting a different property.
