The Grill at Coal Creek is a hidden gem in Louisville, CO, and my experience there was nothing short of fantastic. The moment we walked in, we were warmly greeted and seated promptly on their lovely patio overlooking the golf course—a serene and relaxing atmosphere perfect for a weekend brunch. Our server was incredibly attentive without being intrusive, ensuring our coffee cups were never empty and checking in just the right amount. The breakfast menu offered a great variety, and I opted for the Denver omelet, which was packed with fresh ingredients and perfectly cooked. My partner tried the pancakes, which were light, fluffy, and served with a rich maple syrup that tied everything together beautifully. To top it off, the complimentary mimosa was a delightful bonus that elevated the experience. Overall, the combination of excellent service, delicious food, and picturesque views made for an unforgettable meal. I’ll definitely be returning!

I had Gwen as my server and she gave me the best experience possible. I had a delicious breakfast burrito, paired with an excellent Bloody Mary. Gwen made sure all my needs were met and I would dine at coal creek again!

Very friendly staff with decent menu options at a nice golf course with great views. It was extremely cold and windy the day I went here. We were the only ones in the restaurant for lunch. Emily was super friendly and provided great service!

The food was just ok. Sadly a lot of menu dishes were not available. But when we were leaving we saw the food delivery truck dropping off more food items! Oh and we didn’t realize this is at a golf course.

I enjoyed a delicious brunch of pancakes and sausage. The wait staff were prompt and attentive without rushing my friend and I reminiscing. The view of the golf course was beautiful on a sunny day.
Very reasonably priced. Never had a bad meal here. Friday night is prime rib night!

Had one of the worst breakfasts of my life here this week. The food was not fresh (think canned spinach and frozen potatoes), was poorly prepared, and then we watched it sit for 5-10 minutes before going to get it ourselves. We were not given butter or syrup for our (room temp) English Muffins and pancakes — had to go ask the cook and waited once again.
The server was mostly missing in action although there were a total of 4 diners in The Grill. Her attitude was as bad as the food.
The next day when I came to play golf at noon, there was no one eating. There is a message here: Do not eat at The Grill until they get new management.
The nicest thing I can say is none of us got food poisoning but that’s a pretty low bar. I rarely offer bad reviews, but when I saw this place listed with 5 stars it seemed important to speak up.

We ordered the Cuban Sandwich on a hoagie roll and the grilled beef Patty Melt on marbled rye. The breads hit the marks with softness and enough to fill you up with only one half the sandwich. Lots of meat, cheese, with the right amount of kraut / pickles. Delicious!
Stopped in for lunch to support the grill after the Marshall Fire. This grill is perfectly situated with a great view overlooking the course which was beautiful and calming even in the dead of winter.

I was there on Easter Sunday. It was a wonderful, stress-free, beautiful, and comfort food experience. The service was amazing, considering there were tables to serve and golfers on the turn needing attention. I will definitely return.

The fish was some of the worst I ever had. The serving of coleslaw was so small that you hardly knew it was there.
