Had lunch here while attending an event right outside over the weekend and this place was so good! Great atmosphere, clean and well organized restaurant, quality food and friendly staff.
Since it was our first time here, the server who took helped us with our order so friendly and patient with us. You could tell she really enjoys her job and had a positive attitude the entire time. We appreciated the recommendations she provided and loved that the place does military/first responders discount.
Our food took a little while to get to us, but considering how busy they were that day we weren’t bothered. She brought out our meals, thanked us for being patient and asked if we needed anything; again, very kind and professional! Our meals were flavorful and nicely portioned, we both couldn’t finish everything on our plates surprisingly.
We’d love to return here in the future, definitely recommend this place!

The Grill At 507 is such a great place this was my first visit to this restaurant Bar . Great atmosphere 21 and over only. Also dog friendly as you must keep dogs on leash and take out to a beautiful park like setting out back with chairs and tables. The owners did a great job in making this converted Bank into a must go to Bar and Grill . The many choices of Draft Beer IPA’s Ciders that will make you want to drink them down one after another. The Food will take you to a whole new eating experience your choices of salads, smash burgers there fries are amazing the burgers you have many choices from plain to whatever you mind can conceive they have the right burger for you. I had the spicy Smash burger fries and a spicy lime draft beer wow wow wow that’s all I can say. I’m making The 507 Bar and Grill my go to place from now on. You can’t beat the prices great service and fantastic choices of Beer and Food my mouth is watering just thinking of the Beer and Food. Bring your friends or just stop in for Lunch or dinner you will so happy you did. Let them know RubenTheCuban recommended this place to you. God Bless

Absolutely a 11 out of 5 in my book. Loved the flow and setting YET more importantly … the food is to die for! Mouth watery deliciousness and I have had my fare share of grilled chicken Cesear salad and burgers, the western smash was so hot and fresh and the taste profile on top – everything entirely was mouth watering delicious and I am going to crave this this week I’m sure. ❤️ Nice work!

This was recommended by a friend. As a foodie a lot of restaurants have been a miss for me in Tacoma so far. THIS IS NOT ONE of them! Amazing smash burgers to say the least. It was well cooked and had quality ingredients. The fries tasted fresh, I just wish they were a bit more generous considering the price. The atmosphere is perfect for after work meet ups, good place for conversation over drinks, and even a chill bar. It gives the feel of a rustic ski lodge.The bartender has a vibrant energy and is extremely welcoming/ accommodating. He recommended a drink based off of my likings. He was spot on. If everyone there had his energy the service would have been a 10/10, 8/10 is good still. Over all extremely impressed and would absolutely recommend!!

The resturaunt has now opened inside and saves the trip outdoors to the food truck. I had the Pastrami Smash Burger which is amazing. Service was quick and the environment is always enjoyable.

This place has become one of my favorites. Great selection of local (pnw) beers, sours and ciders, delicious food, and friendly staff. They support veterans/military, educators and first responders which is super cool. I love sitting by the fireplace in the comfy chairs and couches. They host cool events -comedy and music- and super the community. Definitely a place to check out.

I went in to grab some food to go but the person taking my order was very rude acted like I was inconveniencing her. When my food was ready, she handed to me not saying a word, I said, thank you very much, and she just turned it back and walked back into the kitchen. Brother, I just bit into to this Mushroom swiss burger and not trying to exaggerate but has to be the best mushroom swiss I have had in a while and that is my style of burger the freshness hits the lips and beard just a little harder… The pastrami fries are amazing ordered for pick up and does not come cold food was still piping hot when I got home.
