We consider dining at The Grill an experience beyond compare. The friendliness of the staff and the ambiance setting the mood for the evening. We can’t thank Brian, Amanda, Scott, and Leon enough for providing top-notch service with extensive knowledge and experience. Everything recommended was on point and perfectly executed by the Chef. The wine pairings complimented the entrées and the food was exquisite. The sea bass was amazing, along with bone in filet, classic filet, salmon, lobster bisque, and for dessert… Louis XIII and cookies and cream souffle!! Thank you so much, Addie, for the most beautiful piano playing!!

The best dining experience in Naples. Service was ready at the drop of a hat to assist with whatever we wanted.
I started out with a glass of white riesling. My wife had a gin and tonic that was absolutely to die for. There was an assortment of breads, my favorite being the croissant muffins. I ordered the New York strip cooked medium rare (of course). It was cooked perfectly with a nice and slightly salty crust. It was also met with a purée that was tasty as well. For a side I had the lobster mac and cheese. Huge hunks of lobster were inside. For dessert we ordered soufflé (I had chocolate and my wife had the cookies and cream). It really was a good serving size and so light/airy. I completed the meal with a cup of decaf which I could smell from across the restaurant. It was delicious as well. 5 star service from the best 5 star hotel in Naples.

Last night was an exceptional experience. Henry made the evening special with his attentive service and warm hospitality. The bone in filet was spectacular, perfectly prepared and full of flavor, the Chilean sea bass was equally outstanding. The live piano music added to the ambiance, and sitting by the fireplace made the whole evening feel cozy and memorable. It was a wonderful night from start to finish.

From the moment you walk in, you can tell this place is something special. Brian makes you feel right at home, and Clement is great about sharing his honest thoughts on the menu, which really adds to the experience.

Had dinner at The Grill last night for the first time. It will definitely not be our last visit. The 2 men in our party shared the 36 oz Wagu Tomahawk. Ate and loved every last bite. Cooked to perfection. I had the Stone Crab for an appetizer and the Dover Sole for my main course. Again, perfection. Perfect wait staff and an extremely cozy atmosphere. Highly recommend.

The month of July is both my wife and my birthday month! So this year we decided to treat ourselves by being spoiled by the ladies and gentlemen at the Ritz Carlton! For our celebration dinner we decided to experience The Grill, a steak and seafood restaurant at the Ritz! Let me just say that our meal was glorious! My had their seafood offering, my daughter their NY Strip and I had the aged bone in 22 oz rib eye! Our meals were cooked to perfection and I must say that the ribeye was the best I’ve ever had! That’s saying a lot when I customarily have a delicious Tomahawk Ribeye on a regular basis! The atmosphere along with the service and John cutting my daughter’s steak up for her really made our evening! The Grill is a must do on your bucket list!

We had sushi at the bar. The sushi was excellent. I’ve been to dozens of sushi bars and the quality of the sushi at the grill is in the top 5%. It was a little pricey, but what would you expect, we were at the Ritz! The staff was super responsive, kind and courteous. The bartender knew everyone’s name, and was great at what he did.

From start to finish, an amazing experience. Had dinner at the bar with John the bartender. The food and service were equally exceptional. The filet is one of the best we’ve had as it was cooked to perfection. The raspberry soufflé and chocolate cake were divine.
