Amazing birthday dinner! We are from Spain and were in town visiting some friends who live in Denver and since it was a special occasion (birthday) they proposed to have dinner in The Greenwich. WHAT A SURPRISE! The food was so good and seasonal, our server was the best and loved the atmosphere. They even offered all the table free shots to celebrate the birthday and also put a candle in our cheesecake to blow the candles. It was the perfect birthday dinner and also a memorable last night in Denver before heading back home.

Talk about a comfort restaurant! The moment you walk in, you’re wrapped in the cozy embrace of what feels like a NYC loft—moody lighting, soft music, and maybe, just maybe, you’ll spot the sweetest employee of the month, Charlie catching a nap as you dine.

The Parisian gnocchi? TO. DIE. FOR. Especially when paired with the meatballs and polenta—a combo so good, I found myself back just a week later. The pizza? Solid. The cocktails? Perfectly balanced. And if you’re ending the night with dessert, do not skip the tiramisu balls, happiness in every bite.

I can think of many words to describe this place.. the main word that comes to mind is “balanced” from the meals to the cocktails.. to the slightly sexy ambiance.

The pizzas and dishes are incredibly executed. Mostly justifying the ambitious price points. Greenwich is not your average weeknight pizza fix, but if you want to entertain and impress some friends who don’t mind spending a bit of cash; you’ve chosen well to come here.

We popped in here later on Saturday evening – exhausted and chilly we were hoping for something quick, non-sports bar or casual, but also not fine dining. This place was perfect – the whole team was so sweet from the moment we arrived! We scooted up bar-side to grab a drink while we waited for a table, they have a fantastic cocktail list with something for everyone. When we were seated we were walked through the menu and given great recommendations. We were pretty hungry so we split two small plates, a pasta, and the meatballs. The kitchen timed everything perfectly with nothing coming out too quick but also not leaving us waiting too long in between courses. The meatballs with creamy polenta are some of the best I’ve ever had, but truly every dish was a star. The drinks throughout dinner were great; we didn’t get into their wine list but I took a peak and it looked amazing! We got the chocolate chip cookies to go and they didn’t make it through the walk back to our hotel. Truly a special place and we can’t wait to come back next time we’re in Denver for pizza and wine!!

Amazing engagement dinner service for 27 people in their upper mezz space! Out of the dozen or so Denver-area restaurants I was in contact with, The Greenwich was the most organized, responsive, and easiest to work with.

The food was incredible including the pizza, ricotta dumplings, and the fried green tomatoes which were my personal favorite. Got multiple compliments from the whole group on nearly every single dish, even the salad.

The service staff was also so accommodating and friendly! Special shout out to them for impeccable timing/good flow throughout the night, working with allergies, and making the event feel so special! They boxed up leftovers for us at the end of the night and made sure everyone felt attended to.

Delores was also great to work with in coordinating the event and their event marketing materials were thoughtfully laid out and more comprehensive than any other restaurant I reached out to.

Great semi-private space which doesn’t detract from the rest of the restaurant’s energy, but quiet enough to enjoy your own party. Cool views of kitchen from above.

Overall amazing, will absolutely be back and would recommend for large groups to anyone else.

We asked the waiter to order for us and was pleasantly surprised. Absolutely everything was delicious and in huge portions. I personally loved the melt in your mouth short ribs. The thrice baked potatoes are also a must. It was our anniversary dinner so he brought us a cheesecake with a candle at the end which was super sweet. I can’t wait to come back to try more of the menu! You can probably spend closer to $50 per person if you order salads and split a pizza. This seemed to be a common pattern.

What a beautiful restaurant! Loved the vibe inside. The meatballs were our favorite! Loved the polenta served with them. Pizza was very nice as well. Looking forward to sitting at their bar next time! Really enjoyed meeting the owner, Delores. The restaurant has a cool family story behind it!

TL;DR: Rushed service with a strict 90-minute table limit, cold pizza, dessert not offered, automatic 20% gratuity, and no chance to try the lemon, lime, or orange cello. Owners may want to reconsider whether they want a burn-and-turn model or a dining experience that encourages meaningful interaction.

Rushed service ruined what could have been a nice dinner. My partner and I were repeatedly reminded of a strict 90-minute table limit—something not mentioned when we made the reservation. When booking through OpenTable, we noticed there’s a $20 per person hold for cancellations, but no heads-up about being rushed during the meal.

The pasta was excellent, but the Margherita pizza arrived cold with a hard crust. Dessert wasn’t offered; we had to ask for it, and even then the waiter reminded us of the time limit and another reservation waiting. A 20% gratuity is automatically added to the bill, making the impersonal service even more frustrating.

We were excited to try the lemon, lime, or orange cello as a palate cleanser, but never got the chance. The owners and chef may want to re-evaluate what type of culture they are trying to establish—burn-and-turn, or meaningful interaction?
