I thoroughly enjoyed dinner with a friend at this restaurant. The large open space room and wall length window to view the golf course, along with the fireplace made for great atmosphere. We had the tuna and avocado appetizer and lemon chicken entree, which were both delicious. Our server, Ben did a wonderful job with the presentation of the food and went out of his way to please.
It was a lovely evening at the Greenview bar and Grill and I’ll definitely be going back.

Took my spouse to the NEW Greenview during its first official weekend open. Very impressed. Great food and service. Exceptional atmosphere. Every table was full. Now, the bar was BAR noisy. But worth it. Highly recommend the Napoleon beet salad. Yum.

This restaurant has changed many times over the years. I had given it 4 stars in the past, but the chefs have changed multiple times. Some things are good and some things are meh. It depends on what you get. I’ve always liked the turkey croissant sandwich. The fish and chips as the burgers have gone way down hill over the past few years. I primarily like it as a place to meet friends for drinks and appetizers.

I moved to HVL four years ago and watched them renovate this place and they did a great job. It is clean and well designed so from an aesthetic standpoint, it’s great. Unfortunately they clearly did not invest anything into the menu as the food is below average at best. If you’re just looking for drinks, you’ll be just fine, if you want a great meal, prepare for disappointment.

As an owner of a home in HV who resides elsewhere I couldn’t wait to check out the new facility. I found it to be beautiful, clean and accommodating- smaller dining room, separate bar and a banquet space. Only three tables were occupied at 7:30 pm
On Thursday but the bar with karaoke was hopping.
Just like others writing reviews here we waited a while to be seated while at least four staff members walked by without acknowledging us. We were seated close to the fireplace and the restaurant looked very nice.
The menu selection is decent- four seafood appetizers maybe an overkill but it’s ok.
We got two appetizers, two main courses and two desserts. Food was very mediocre- shrimp being the best one. Cheesecake was not good at all.
Prices are very high.
Service was strange with the waitress coming back to get an order within minutes of seating us and then not coming back for a while. Overall a pricey experience of a medium quality.
