The Greene Turtle started in Ocean City as a place where beer was king and the menu consisted of a barrel of peanuts. Over time, we’ve grown an obsession with making good food and a belief that staying true to ourselves is what matters most. We make hearty food using fresh ingredients and highlight the blue crab dishes that are authentic to the Mid-Atlantic. Gather around and try food that’s so good that you’ll have to share.

Service was wonderful. Everyone was polite and helpful with the menu. My cheesesteak was delicious. This was my first time tasting a cheesesteak with beer cheese but it was pretty good and seasoned nicely. The tater tots were so crispy and delicious. We did not enjoy either of the pastas; the shrimp pasta lacked flavor. The crab dip had plenty of crab and it was a table favorite.

My family and I frequent this restaurant. The food is always good and there are always good games on the televisions. We get seated quickly every time and the service is consistent. This visit my husband had the Fat Tire Beer cheesesteak. I had the NOLA chicken bowl. And my daughter had the hand breaded chicken tenders basket.

This is a very great restaurant! My dad took me to this restaurant for my 25th Birthday and I had a great time there. I tried the Chicken Bacon Ranch Pasta and it was so delicious. I also had a taste of my father’s BBQ 6 Piece Chicken wings and it was super good!

The food is good, but the menu has zero options with turtles in it. Seems like false advertising as I was really craving 110 year old giant tortoise.

Worst wings I think I’ve ever had. Soft, 3 out of 10 were still frozen in the center. And $22 for 10! God this place has gone downhill big time. I spent $60 on two things with zero sides or drinks. Big mistake

The customer service was top notch! I am a USAF Veteran and came for Veterans Day and got the Crabby Melt! You will be able to tell from the look on my face, that it’s delicious! Thanks so much for giving Veterans a discount! I truly appreciate it! My server was Makenzie and she was freaking Fantastic!

Highly disappointed with this last order. We eat at Turtle a lot and it’s usually great, but this is the worst delivery we’ve ever gotten. Today, we ordered dinner for the football game. The order was ready within 20 minutes of it being placed. However, the delivery driver took over 50 minutes to get here. (It’s a 10 minute drive). So not only was the food cold, but the steak n cheese only had 1/2 the amount of meat. This would have never been served in store. 50% of the sandwich was only bread and cheese. Disappointing to spend as much as we did for only half the meal.

So I loved the honey BBQ wings and the Black and Blue shrimp salad from here . Went on Black Friday and was disappointed. They do not have the Honey BBQ wings anymore and my salad was mostly lettuce hearts and brown. They were busy but not slammed so I was expecting a good meal . Well I was wrong. May not go back . I am a water person and the water waste like straight pool water !! Waiter was nice but got our order wrong.

The Chesapeake Burger was amazing!!! My burger was medium rare with crab dip, provolone cheese, bacon, lettuce and tomato. The fries were awesome as well. You have the option of ordering tater tots or sweet potato fries. Definitely not a low calorie lunch, but you must have a cheat day every now and then!! This was my first visit to the Greene Turtle and I will definitely be back!!
