We stopped at this food truck area after an appointment with my plant based endocrinologist. My husband is plant based only part of the time so we found the most delicious looking and smelling place to check out for his dinner – it turned out to be plant based! My husband got a seitan gyros which looked amazing and he reported between bites that it was delicious! The plant based tzatziki sauce exceeded his expectations! I eat a no oil plant based diet and Dave was able to make me a wonderful seitan salad – spicy tasty seitan with shredded greens, tomatoes and cucumbers – refreshing and flavorful!
I never expected to find a plant based food truck here – let alone one with incredible food and the willingness and skills to meet special diet needs in no time at all!
Our chef was Dave. He shared that he became plant based after watching forks over knives – like me! He said he no longer needs medicine for hypertension since going plant based! How cool to be able to use food as medicine while enjoying so many delicious options!
This establishment was a big hit for me and for my part time plant based husband – healthy plant based options with full flavor, a great menu and a wonderful chef! Dave says he has learned how to make the menu options with no oil on request – showing a lot of skill and willingness to accommodate all needs! Not to be missed!

We LOVE this place. We are always traveling and looking for awesome vegan food. We ordered several meals just to try as many menue items as we could. The owners were super friendly and gave us a ton of tips on other vegan places to try. We went back the next day and will go again to work our way through the rest of the menu before we leave town. Favorite so far: seitan bombs with amazing house-made BBQ sauce ✨️ (But everything is so good. )

This food truck is great, the food is delicious! The Mac burger is a great choice so are their shakes.

Everything about my first experience here was fantastic. Food? Delicious, full of flavor, great portions. Service? Friends, I’m telling you from the moment I placed my order on the phone to the way we said goodbye, we became besties. We went during the day and there’s parking as well as benches. I saw string lights up, which tells me the evening would be a nice time to go, too.

This was my first time trying The Green Table, and I had to immediately write a review because it was AMAZING! I got the empanadas basket, and they were delicious. The French fries were cooked to perfection and had a lovely seasoning. And, as someone who considers themselves a ranch dressing connoisseur, the ranch was 10/10!!
The owner is also extremely kind and welcoming, and surprised us with free mini milkshakes that were delicious as well! I also find the prices to be very reasonable (especially compared to another vegan restaurant in Brandon, no shade though) I highly recommend this food truck and I will be back ASAP ❤️
Edit: I went back and got the cuban sandwich, it was incredible! It was so good, I immediately went to the website they told me about to vote for them to win best cuban sandwich. Thank you for bringing vegan food to Brandon!
