Popped into The Green Room for a quick coffee during our most recent trip to Portsmouth. Coffee on tap is such a cool concept. I don’t think I’ve seen that anywhere else. We tried the Tropical Coconut flavor – it was the perfect blend of coffee and toasted coconut flavors. They also sell a variety of healthy food, such as acai bowls and bagel sandwiches. Prices were also good compared to other coffee shops in the area.
The atmosphere inside the shop is really cool and spacious! I wish we could’ve enjoyed the outdoor seating, but it is still too cold for that. This was a lucky find, and we will be back.

Went here for Veterans Day because I saw that they were offering a free meal for vets. I had the best smoothie bowl and will be surely returning to this place! It makes for a cute study spot! They also were able to accommodate my gluten allergy

I have never been disappointed getting a smoothie bowl here! Prices are reasonable, staff is friendly, and they take my nut allergy very seriously and make sure to fully wash the equipment before making mine. Their iced coffee flavours are so good too, such as the Blueberry Crumble and Banana Foster! The presentation is gorgeous, the atmosphere is so cool, and the oudoor seating is great! Definitely recommend coming here for a healthy breakfast in Portsmouth!

Such a cute little spot! Despite the amount of people there, it was not a long wait at all. Coffee was really good, they have fun flavor roasts. I got an acai bowl, it was aesthetic but the flavor wasn’t great. It was a bit watery, might’ve been better as a smoothie as it was an option to have it either way. My friend got a sandwich and the eggs were veryyy runny, good but required 12+ napkins despite asking for over medium. That seemed to be the pattern but nobody had complains over the flavor. Overall, so cute and good. Would go back 🙂

Excellent staff, greeted us with smiles, danced a little to the music as I was doing. Lol Service was spot on, smoothie and breakfast was yum, fresh, well put together.

ADORABLE PLACE! Simple food done well. It’s also a nice healthy reprieve with a lot of options for coffee, smoothies, breakfast, and lunch. The vibes are immaculate and they put a lot of thought into the decor. And they offer many hot sauces, which I always appreciate.

2. OG toastie – sooo good with the balsamic
3. The green room smoothie – right amount of flavor and health boost. Very filling.

The Green Room is super cute and conveniently located by one of the metered parking lots in Portsmouth. It has great ambiance, but I really wish they listed prices on their menu. I got the Berry smoothie, which was good, but it wasn’t a surprise $10 good, especially with no modifications.

They were very busy while I was there. It took a while to get my latte. (Does that sound snooty?) Ha ha. My latte was very tasty. My wife got an iced coffee.
They also have a large offering of sandwiches, parfaits, bagels and other food items. See my picture of the menu.
The girl who was running the register was professional and friendly. She interacted with myself and other customers in a welcoming way.
I enjoyed my visit. I believe they might be understaffed, thus the longish wait, but that is a problem every business is having. I’m grateful that there are still small coffee shops around that are able to find hard working and friendly staff.

Pretty aesthetic and kind staff, but unfortunately the food is terrible and overpriced. Could make the same things at home with much better taste and less money. Was very disappointed by the cold flavorless egg/avocado toastie and avocado toast with overwhelming amounts of balsamic. The avocado on the toastie was a baby food paste texture with no seasoning. Was shocked by how such simple food could be prepared so badly.
