We have been coming to this place for years. All of a sudden customer service has gone from a 10 to a zero. I went in for a juice one morning and the girl literally confronted me with everything they were out of before I could even tell her what I wanted. When I said I wanted a juice she literally had to put the juicer together and was slinging it around like she was mad I ordered a juice. She was sitting in a chair on her phone when we walked into the restaurant so I feel like the juice machine could have already been put together. Then she touched her hair, but luckily she put gloves on before she started making my juice. But she did not put the juice machine together with gloves on or wash her hands beforehand. The next day I went back in the evening and the same girl was working and had her hands all in her hair and when she went to make my juice I just told her I would come back later and never went back. Cleanliness is not a priority. It’s obviously apparent the owners do not respond to their reviews because I don’t see any on here and it is very disturbing that a place like this is located in a vacation destination, charging the prices they do, and delivering nothing but a contaminated product that is overpriced. Do better. Also, please look at my reviews. I don’t just come on here to roast people when I have a disastrous experience…I review the good places as well.

Cafe itself was cute, not much indoor seating if you were to dine in. We ordered take out & the girl at the counter could care less that we walked in. She had headphones in the whole time we were ordering- ended up getting our order wrong.
As far as the food, you’d think for $33 for a sandwich and a smoothie the sandwich would taste better. Super bland. They offer chips, potato salad, or a pickle as sides…..all they had were pickles. Overall disappointed.

I ordered a caprese panini and it was awful. I ate more bread than anything. Barely any pesto, mozzarella was nowhere to be found and just one slice of tomate with a sprinkle of arugula on very small

I accepted. A Doordash order for this place. Didn’t eat the food so that gets 5 stars. I waited for 20 minutes for someone to come out, called the store and the phone just rang. The girl finally comes out and they are out of 2 out of 3 items on the order. How is this place even open?

I would like to express my sincere thanks to Oshea for the excellent service during my visit. I ordered an Acai Bowl, and Oshea made sure everything was perfect. She was smiling, polite, and very professional – she made my visit even more enjoyable. The Acai Bowl was delicious, and the presentation was top-notch. Lots of places to eat at Baytown Wharf. Mostly various places with seafood as the main fare at tourist prices. The Green Panini offers a different choice. I got a Roast Beef Panini with dill pickles as my side for $14.99. Very tasty and of course made right in front of you.
