I’ve stopped by twice and enjoyed a campfire latte iced and hot! The barista was nice and friendly. I raved so much about the coffee my hubby stopped by today for espresso beans! Thank you!

Very good coffee and I had a delicious chocolate chip cookie. The younger girl is very friendly and welcoming when I walked in the last time. However this time the gentlemen that appears to be the owner is the opposite. I walked in with a friend and got zero acknowledgment, was not told hello or anything welcoming. I had to ask him if I was all set after giving him my payment. He did not seem to care to talk or engage with customers at all. A very dry and uptight way to treat a guest. I am a regular coffee drinker and I’m in this town for a seasonal job and now I do not want to support this business due to the unwelcoming feeling I get walking in there when it’s him.

An amazing little coffee shop with incredible coffees to take home from all over the world. Staff is sweet, and the peanut butter cookies are delicious. Also, this is probably the only coffee I’ve ever found that I actually enjoy black. No cream or sugar needed. It’s just good coffee.

Great spot!! I enjoyed a latte before heading to a walk around Ward Lake. A great combo.
I was here with a small group, barista was fantastic and enjoyable. There is seating but not a lot. Sufficient for this location, which is out of town, but ideally located for folks that live north looking for something on the way into town.

Very good coffee, vast selection, excellent prices, non-existent customer service.
I felt like I was bothering them, and I was the only person in the shop. I attempted conversation (like a normal coffee shop experience) and received eye-roll responses.
It’s too bad because I’ve heard great things and really enjoy the coffee, but I can’t support an unwelcoming attitude.

I’m viewed the reviews and I am surprised about the customer service. experience I have had with my several purchases of coffee to send to family or friends out there state. My experience is when I go there is no customer service. I purchased 2 coffees one time and other customer came in and apparently the girl knew them and pushed my receipt to me to sign and dismissed me as I was a burden to her. With “No Thanks for coming in”Today I went in to purchase coffee beans for myself. I went to the counter and again the gentleman that was there said nothing to greet me.. then I asked if he could grind my coffee beans to automatic drip. He took my coffee and ground it and came back, rang me up and had me sign my receipt with no conversation at all. I going to have to rethink about buying my coffee from local and just start buying Deadman’s Reach coffee and just stick with that.. since that’s the other brand of Coffee I send out to my family out of state.

Very few coffee shops are delicious in Ketchikan THIS IS ONE OF THEM! It’s a coffee drinkers dream with strong delicious lattes. I went twice and both times they didn’t have food, just cookies which was a bummer. Kind staff too

No frills experience. I cannot overstate how much I loved that the barista used ONLY nonverbal communication for my coffee order in a personal travel mug. Cheap and delicious. Simple seating. Love it!

Best tea and coffee in Ketchikan! Service is above and beyond! I have a tea girl I visit every week and she helps me pick out something new and delicious to try. She’s always upbeat and friendly and even remembers people’s names and favorites. I love this place!
