We loved our visit to The Green Chicken! We ordered the chicken teriyaki bowl and the beef sirloin bowl, both were absolutely delicious. Even though we got the small size, the portions were generous and more than enough for one meal. The ingredients were fresh, and we loved being able to fully customize our bowls, from the base to the sauce. The meat was perfectly seasoned and cooked just right. The staff was friendly and welcoming, and the whole experience was quick, easy, and tasty. We’ll definitely be back!

Absolutely loved Green Chicken! The food is amazing, super fresh, and full of flavor. I had the chicken and steak bowl and it was the perfect healthy meal—fresh ingredients, well balanced, and very satisfying. The service was great as well, very friendly and quick. I will say that this is a convenient place to grab a bite for students in then surrounding area. The owners and the work crew are nice, even during a rush. The food is good and worth the money. Yes, prices are up (like everywhere else) but I have not had a bad meal from them yet. They also began doing a special menu outside of the usual bowls, wraps, etc. Be sure to ask about them. I personally enjoyed my jerk chicken sandwich with fried egg on top.
Some pointers for your visit. Please speak loud because it’s hard for the work crew to hear behind the barrier. If you like spicy DO get boom boom sauce with your jerk chicken. They do have vegetarian options in the form of all veggies bowls, etc and tofu bowls etc. The tofu is air fried but I can’t confirm if it’s cooked separately from the meat. There is seating outside that is nice on breezy Miami days. Overall, nice place to grab a quick bite before studying or going to work.

We drive from downtown Miami just to have the green chicken. (We used to live in this area, and the only thing I miss about it is TGC.) The portions are amazing, the prices are good, and the staff is always the friendliest!! The flavor is incredible, and the quality of ingredients is top notch. We’ve been coming here for four years now, and it’s consistently excellent. We also bring our golden retriever, and he’s always greeted with smiles from the staff. 🙂

Casual Food, that is quick, filling, and tasty! Went to Green Chicken from friends recommendation and it didn’t disappoint. Had the large bowl of greens salad with steak, which is cooked to preference, and comes with five toppings of your choice from a decent selection of options.
Speaking of generous, the portions are a good size and can even serve as two meals, especially if you get a rice bowl which tends to be more filling. They also have an array of sandwiches, burgers, and wraps, and much more should you want.
There currently, isn’t indoor seating from what I noticed BUT they have plenty of comfortable outdoor covered seating, which you would be unaffected by rain or direct sun.
As for parking, the area looked a bit tight, and didn’t see exactly where dine in parking is located, as we parked on a side road and ordered out… food was made quickly though.
Green Chicken situated directly across FIU, is a quick and clean food option should you be in the area, and definitely if you’re an FIU student and don’t mind spending between $10.00-$20.00 for good food. ENJOY!!

The Green chicken has simply amazing food. With great variety and selection . In addition the amazing,proffesional, kind, and generous staff does make this my ideal go to place when I’m trying to get a quick bite to eat after leaving campus and heading to 109. Please note that they do have free delivery to 109 Towers, so if you’re ever hungry definitely try here.

Wow! Far exceeded any of the expectations I may have had even though it is highly rated and highly recommended in the FIU area community. Not only are the prices incredibly reasonable the quality of the food and ingredients is stellar, but to top it all off the service is friendly prompt and attentive. I ordered a CYO bowl with brown rice and steak and avocado and spent less than I normally do on a small sandwich which is far less satisfying. I was offered the steak by the owner and was a little bit leery because sometimes these little salad type places have minimal quality meat. But this steak was fresh, juicy and tender! The food from the tomatoes to the avocado to the rice below was A+ and the ladies working there were very sweet and fast. I will definitely be back! If you are in the FIU area and like healthy but tasty and high quality food, run don’t walk here!
