We stopped on our way through Tarpon Springs on Saturday evening. Wow, this was a small chunk of Greek perfection! The casual atmosphere was super clean, cool and delightful … the Greece photos added to the charm. Our server was sweet and helpful. But, the food, that was the star. The portions were huge! And, the favors amazing! I’m thrilled we discovered this restaurant! We will be visiting again.

The gyros were good. Service was quick and the staff was friendly. I think they deserve 4 stars but I was very close to 3 stars because the gyros were not hot and slightly warm. I also think a can of Coke for 4.00$ is a bit much.

I ordered the gyro platter with lamb/beef meat and lemon potatoes instead of fries, it was great! My daughter ordered the hummus appetizer, and it was mostly unremarkable. Our server was very attentive, and professional. There was plenty of seating, our food was cooked fresh, and we would come back.

The best Gyro in Tarpon Springs! I ordered the pork gyro. I couldn’t believe how big it was. Tasty and flavorful. Ioanna took excellent care of me. I gave a five star rating on the atmosphere because it reminds me of Greece.

Friendly staff…….good service…..definitely the best gyro in Tarpon. Pancetta could have been a little better but I’ve been back a few times for the gyro. The place is clean also. Parking may be an issue but that shouldn’t stop you.

Had dinner tonight. It was fantastic. We shared the Family Platter with multiple meats. The lamb chops were perfectly cooked, the chicken kabobs were delicious. Service was great and the price was unbeatable. Definitely will return the next time we are in town.

From the moment I walked in you’d think I was family! Everyone made me feel warm and welcomed. I’m not super experienced in Greek cuisine and the staff was very helpful in explaining meals and suggesting items based on my disclosed likes and dislikes. I went back a few times subsequent and was delighted each time. Id recommend “The Greeks” unreservedly.

Here is my honest review. We drove 6 hours from GA to visit Tarpon Springs and was supper excited to try authentic Greek Food. We choose this place because of the google reviews. We came around 3:30 and it really was not busy at all.
We ordered the Special Gyro, Pork Gyro, and Lemon Rice Soup which was really delicious! We loved the soup. However, I have to give this place 3 stars because our server was horrible!
First off, she never smiled, never greeted us, never offered us water, and never checked in on us. We ordered drinks and she never bothered to give us our drinks, we had to ask for it when we got our food. Other people who came in were given water.
We are very very patient people and waited for a while to take our order. At least offer us some water or give us our drink while we wait, dont pretend we dont exist. Even though service was horrible we were still generous with the tip. The food was amazing but to the owners of this place, please make sure your host is smiling and making your customers feel welcomed and not ignored. Customer service is extremely important.

Had the Skepasti Gyro Sandwich a Greek take on a club sandwich and the baked Feta with Fylo. Both outstanding choices. Great portion sizes and a small diner vibe. My only complaint was $4 for a can of soda is a little extreme. Other than that, I highly recommend this place.
