As a loyal patron of The Greek Grill for several years, I am deeply disappointed to be writing this. My go-to order has always been the Lahano Salata—in fact, my order history shows I’ve ordered it at least seven times in the past couple of years.

The restaurant’s own website describes this salad as containing “sliced cabbage, arugula, and fresh dill,” and their menu photo clearly shows a healthy, balanced mix of these ingredients. This is the salad I loved and repeatedly ordered.

Unfortunately, my last two orders have been a complete bait-and-switch from what is advertised. The salad I received tonight (and the time before) was a bowl of huge, rough-cut chunks of cabbage, completely lacking the fine slicing shown online. More importantly, there was virtually zero arugula, a key ingredient. The dish was completely different, unappetizing, and not what I paid for.

My wife called the restaurant to point out the discrepancy and ask for a refund for the incorrect item. In response, she was met with shocking hostility from the owner himself. He became heated, yelled at her that she “can’t call and tell him how he makes food in his restaurant,” and then abruptly hung up on her.

We were stunned. A decline in food quality is one thing, but this level of unprofessionalism and outright disrespect from an owner is appalling. To be yelled at and hung up on for complaining about a poorly made dish and requesting a refund is unacceptable. Needless to say, The Greek Grill has permanently lost our business.

This was a good, fast, Greek place to eat. My lamb was cooked very well and my wife’s chicken pita was stuffed full. They would come around and ask us if we need anything which is not expected for one of these fast type places..

I ordered a full Greek salad and added Falafel. The falafel tastes great. We get 4 pieces. The salad is not a Greek salad. I’m disappointed in the Greek salad actually. It’s mostly just lettuce. The dressing isn’t even Greek lol. It’s just olive oil. I think there’s 4 pieces of feta cheese. It comes with pita bread but nothing to dip in it like taziki or garlic sauce. lol so I guess I’m supposed to eat plain bread. Usually Greek restaurants will add a small side of taziki with it. I’m middle eastern so I’m just overall unimpressed.

One of our favorite places

If I’m honest I’ve tried other Greek places and I didn’t like them, just like that I don’t usually eat fish or seafood unless it’s near the ocean, but this place is an exception

It has an extensive menu, is always super fresh, has good portions, a friendly and fast service, and excellently prices

I usually order different fish in a platter version and my husband his protein bowl with lamb, always awesome

I recommend both this place and the one in Fort Mill/Tega Cay, the one that is closest to you, both serve the same thing and are very delicious and consistent ☺️

Always 1000% satisfied ❣️

A simply outstanding Greek restaurant. My favorite is the salmon protein bowl. I’ve had that same dish over a dozen times. Tons of healthy choices and tastes great. I’m really glad to have this restaurant in the Indian land community. Keep up the hard work Greek Grill!

Not very good food. It’s not hard to make good Greek food. This is just subpar.

Not sure how 2 patties can be considered kefte but it’s not good. Also missing the salad. Sad.

This place completely exceeded my expectations for a fast-casual Greek restaurant. The ingredients are high quality, the meat portions are generous, and the service stands out – they bring your food to you and clean up afterward. The open kitchen is spotless and well-ventilated, the bathrooms are updated and immaculately clean, and the staff was friendly and attentive. The lamb gyro and baklava are a must try!

I’m a delivery driver with all main delivery services, ie. DoorDash, GrubHub, and Uber Eats, but that doesn’t mean you should dismiss this before going further. Please stick with me….

Over the last 3+ years that I’ve delivered in this area, I finally started eating from The Greek Grill regularly. My basic ‘get’ is the chicken gyro. Basically living out of my car while working trying to find something good to eat that is efficient, reasonably priced, tasty AND healthy is not an easy thing to find. You may try to make your own food regularly to keep overspending down, but you definitely need fresh made food, not only for taste, but for an uplifting state of mind when your day is constantly filled with other drivers and the American public of every day life. I just don’t do fast food anymore… It may taste good for a moment in time, but the feeling afterwards leaves much to be desired. When I grab my food from the Greek Grill, I know I’m going to enjoy it and my full stomach will be happy with me, as well as, my body and mind. This may sound heavy-handed, but it’s just how it makes me feel. Everything about the food when I eat…. It never leaves me wishing I had had something else. My food is great.

As far as customer service… When you are all over this county and surrounding counties interacting, and seeing every staff known to humankind, when an order comes up for the Greek Grill, the one thing I do know is that dealing with them is not going to be upsetting. I don’t care how great a price may look like on my screen, if the restaurant itself is just one huge, disappointing group of people and experience, I won’t do it. The only thing keeping me from going to pick up a Greek Grill order is just how cheap the customer is going to be. Other than that, I’m always happy to walk into the Greek Grill and know that I won’t be annoyed. That is no easy feat in this day or time!

Mind, body and flavor is 5 star for me. Atmosphere is only a 4-star because of random customers. And that’s definitely not their fault!

We did not find this place to be a 4+ star restaurant. It is a regular Mediterranean fast food place, really fast food, it comes in just 3-4 minutes or under. Wonder how they can cook the chicken I ordered that fast, or even the falafel my wife asked for. Food is pretty bland, especially the chicken. The grilled veggies are undercooked, pretty much raw I would say. Only good thing I have to say, all the food were warm.

Excellent quality food and lots of healthy options. Entree and side portions are very generous. Love the classic greek salad, which always has lots of fresh greens, olives, feta cheese and (in my case) chicken. Orders are very quick and pickup is easy… highly recommended!
