My wife and I decided to try this place tonight. The owners (didn’t get their names) were great. We ordered a Pastrami and an Italian. Only ate half of each but can’t wait to finish them for lunch tomorrow! When I think of a New York sandwich shop, this is what I picture. Amazing. Listen Parker friends, we need to keep this place going. We’ll definitely be back! Pictures are what was left after dinner.

I don’t leave many reviews, but when I do it’s because they’re Fantastic!!! This place is by far the best sandwich shop and deli I’ve eaten at. Sean is an amazing owner and truly cares about the sandwiches he makes and the customers he serves. If you haven’t been here yet you absolutely need to give it a go. The best Sandwiches hands down!!! Lastly Sean and his wife donate to the community and give back by serving many needs in and around parker. Class acts and great food!

My first time in the staff was so helpful with helping me decide what to get and how to maneuver. The sandwich was delicious and enormous. The bread was fresh. The meat was on point and it was everything that I imagined it would be. Grab lunch and a few items for home takeout or cozy dine in experience. Visited the Grecian Grazer on a Saturday around 11:30am. No lines and plenty of seating. Service was quick and the sandwiches are huge. 3 people in our party and we could’ve shared one, maybe 2 sandwiches. Great food, knocking one star off because the gyro meat wasn’t ready for lunch service on a weekend and we were told it would take 30-45 for it to be ready.

I haven’t had a more incredible sandwich in South Denver. Honestly I’m taking all my friends and family here when they’re looking for a solid deli sandwich here in Parker.
Don’t let the price fool you, it’s worth every penny. Honestly, I ate half for lunch and half for dinner cuz they’re massive sammies, plus each purchase came with chips and a soda. Good vibes, top notch prosciutto, and next time I’m in there I’m getting a charcuterie board or big ol’ slice of salami. I’d give it 6 stars if I could.

This place is absolutely AMAZING. Variety of cheeses, charcuterie boards, and Incredible sandwiches. The owners are extremely friendly, and great at giving tips on everything they offer. Here is a picture of Their Gyro, and Roast Beef sandwiches. Both are 1/2 the sandwich. They are HUGE sandwiches, but we each had half of both. Go try them if you haven’t already. Let them put a smile on your face like they have ours. Thanks for coming to Parker.

This sandwich looks like it was built by someone who truly respects the craft of a great deli sandwich. The layers of pastrami and cheese are generous without being overwhelming, the rye bread looks sturdy and flavorful, and the sauerkraut and greens add just the right freshness to balance everything out. It’s the kind of sandwich that makes you pause for a second before the first bite just to appreciate how good it looks.

Saw post on Facebook so I had to come try the food here. When you walk in there is a small board and or small menus you can order the standard items but honestly if they have it they will make it for you. I had the parker sandwich with white truffles and wife got gyro. It was very delicious! When it comes out you can tell they care about the quality of their food. Besides alot of choices of meats to choose from you have alot of varieties of drinks and chips. I am actually excited to go back and try more different items. Their selection of meats is amazing so if you have a special sandwich you like i am sure they can make it. I think its a perfect place for coffee and snack or a full lunch. Overall I would eat here again and I would recommend giving it a try.

Nice addition to Parker! My husband and I stopped in and decided to split a turkey sandwich on a hoagie roll. Glad we did cause it was huge! It seriously is probably the thickest sandwich I’ve ever eaten. Owners were super kind and also gave us some baklava to try. So delicious! We will definitely be back to work our way through the menu.
