Kassy was the one who greeted us, she absolutely amazing, especially for being a new employee! She was friendly, attentive, and had a great attitude. You could tell she genuinely cared about making sure everything was right and that we enjoyed our meal, right before closing too!
She was knowledgeable about the menu, patient with questions, and made the whole experience feel welcoming. On top of that, the Mediterranean Greek food was fresh, flavorful, and perfectly prepared.
Kassy is a great addition to the team, and her energy really elevates the dining experience. We’ll definitely be back!

My boyfriend and I typically get a meal here almost every time we do our weekly Sprouts run. As is our normal tradition, my boyfriend placed a to go order at this location on 8/3. When we started in on our meals, I discovered that my tzatziki sauce was covered in mold. This was very upsetting to discover and made me question the quality of the rest of my meal.
I called the location to alert them. I asked the answering employee for a manager because I wanted to report there was mold in my food (Please note, I am not exaggerating. I explicitly told him this was regarding mold in my meal). The staff member simply told me the manager would be in the next day and I could call then. When I stated there must be someone higher up to let them know they may have a food safety problem, the employee then said that he was the supervisor (uh huh, sure) and asked what he could do.
I told him I’m just trying to make sure someone knows and takes action to check their food, because my tzatziki was covered in mold. He casually offered to let me come back to replace it. No apology for the situation, no comment or reassurance for plans to address the problem/prevent it from happening in the future. I said I wasn’t coming back to replace a sauce, but they need to check their food because it was blatantly moldy. He just replied, “Thanks for letting me know.”
The lack of concern about a report of mold makes me worry that there are larger food safety issues at play and it made me feel too uncomfortable to eat any more of my meal. For the same reason, coupled with the other Google reviews of poor food quality I only saw when going to write this review, I don’t see us returning.

There was a wait when going in, due to nobody being at the front. You would think someone would at least greet us while waiting instead of starring. I checked my food before leaving, and there were multiple little things missing. Which is no big problem, I just had to keep telling the lady what I was missing. She kept checking my receipt as if I was not telling the truth, but whatever no big deal. Her response was “sorry I didn’t pack this order” Once I got home and started eating my salad I found this piece of wire in my food.

I am so glad that I took the time to come here! From the moment I entered the restaurant, I was greeted with a smile and treated so well. Now, let’s get to the food… It was AWESOME!!!!! Nice presentation and BIG on the taste!! The food was so good that I ate much more than I had planned. A shame. But I’m not sorry at all. It was so worth it!

My order was great Greek gyro and a rice bowl salad w gyro meat. I had to return w the sandwich because it was not heated. The pita bread was straight out the package ungrilled therefore cold w a pile of lettuce topped with a very meager amount of cold slice gyro meat. Got a second to replace the first and it was just as cold as the first. The only reason I didn’t go back was because I was pressed for time. I will never go back there again because this is now the second visit there and I was not please w their care of serving such an easy thing such as a sandwich. Yassou is consistent just further to drive. Seems they care far more about their reputation and what comes out of their kitchen. The rice bowl was ok but If you can serve a sandwich that should be heated In not sure about your other consistencies.

So happy to have great Mediterranean food near by. The food was very good. I had the Rice Bowl with chicken. Great portion. They lost a star for the cleanliness of the restroom. The two toilet rooms are not assigned; seems some men don’t lift the seat and there was splatter all over the seat.

Customer service is trash! I have an issue every time I come here because of a complaint I made with them before. They have caller id so now when I call they don’t answer my calls, they will place me on hold for 10 minutes, last time I walked in while I was calling to see for myself and true enough they were letting the phone ring while looking at it and continue packing sauce when I approached them about it the lady shrugged her shoulders. The district manager reached out and the girl attitude is even worst I really wish this store actually took action on her behavior I should not be treated any other way because I am African American!!!!
