This is my first visit to the great Greek Mediterranean grill. I think the prices are a little high and maybe that’s because of where they’re located. I have no idea. I don’t live there either. But for $11, I got a good amount of french fries and a lot of gyro meat with their special today which was somewhat like the poutine in Canada. I could see a little bit more of the Greek garlic sauce that they sprinkle on top. Actually mine was underneath the meat in the picture that they have online. It shows the spray of garlic sauce on top of the gyro meat as well and I would think that would be preferable over putting it underneath the meat. It looks better and it also keeps some of the meat moist. The yo meat was not dry, and as a matter of fact you can see the meat hanging on in the back against the warmers. Warmers keeping the moist and tender meat ready for cutting. We had so much on each order. We had to take ours to go. Unless you can eat more than we do, you’d be doing the same thing taking it home. I can’t see throwing away that precious meat and it is good. I could do with a little bit more onions and tomatoes and cucumber. I didn’t see any cucumber so I have some at home and we’ll add it to ours here as a afternoon lunch for tomorrow. The staff at the front. The checkout was very kind and friendly and was very patient while I looked over the menu and I asked her a lot of questions about the menu items and we finally settled on two of the the poutine like salads for that. Got one picture. They have a menu online so look it over but if I would do anything different they don’t have a beer sales license so there’s only Cokes and unsweetened and sweetened tea and bottled water if you want it. Also Perrier which I I opted $0.04 I don’t like bottled water at all. Enjoy! The atmosphere is open and airy and your seeding is okay if you’re on The padded part. But if you’re on the hard plastic chairs, I don’t like them but that’s because I’ve got a skinny butt. Haha

In the area for work, so I stopped in to get some lunch. I got the pulled Lamb platter, with lemon potatoes. The Land was tender, juicy and delicious, and the lemon potatoes had a really good flavor. The salad was nice and fresh, the pita bread was good as well.

I highly recommend this place, and willl be coming back next time I’m in the area

The food was very tasty. It had been a while since I had a good gyro sandwich. The girl at the counter was very good with explaining the difference in fees for the dinner and a la carte. I would definitely visit again… The feta/mozzarella fries ❤️

Fries were AWESOME!! Barely any meat compared to many other places I have been. Meat was cold. Not a fan of the cheese that was on the gyro. It was so strong that is all I tasted. Shell could have been fried to of had a better taste. Way too expensive for what I received.

Some of the best Greek food I have had! Always fresh and great portions! I can get 2 or 3 meals out of an order! My favorite is the rice bowl!!!

The grilled chicken needs fine tuning. I would advise them preparing it on a flat top or grill fresh. What I received was pre cooked meat. Which was mediocre.

The restaurant has many vegetarian options. Went for lunch. Took the wife. Bill was $53 with no drinks. She had a salad. I had the falafel plate. We didn’t finish the appetizer of hummus and pita bread. It was thick hummus. Tasted bitter.

The girl behind the counter that takes your order wears headphones so she doesn’t have to listen to the blasting Greek music in the restaurant. She takes the orders. She clears the tables after you leave. She brings your food to your table. She doesn’t wash her hands in between these things. Spraying cleaner on a table to clean it. Picking boxes up off the floor. Then hands on your plates to bring you your meal. Doesn’t even use a tray.

You can see the cooks in the kitchen. The young guy is wearing gloves. The older guy with the bandana on his head is eating food, touching his nose, then making your food. Without gloves.

I asked for ranch dressing for my salad on the falafel plate. They brought it to me, but had already doused the salad in Greek dressing. Pretty gross.

They say the olives have pits in them, but they don’t.

They do the thing that falafel places do now where they give you six falafel but only four triangles of pita to eat it with. Doesn’t add up.

Falafel is dry and crumbles when you pick it up with a fork. Mixed with that thick bitter hummus it feels really heavy in your stomach.

The fries look like they taste great, but they are bland, saltless, and as they get colder they are only worse. The restaurant doesn’t have ketchup on the tables and the girl behind the counter doesn’t offer any. Eat them dry. Since drinks would have driven our lunch bill over 60 bucks we were having a very dry meal.

We didn’t finish everything, and didn’t take home the extra. It wasn’t good enough to want it later. What a disappointment.

Also the length of time we waited for some falafel and salad was long. I wouldn’t stop here for lunch, and it wasn’t even busy. Basically the people that work there hate their jobs. You really feel it in the experience of dining here. The meal wasn’t worth ten dollars. They charged more than five times that.

Eat here at your own risk.

My boyfriend and I had gotten turned down at two restaurants beforehand, which set the tone for the night as we were trying to find a good place to eat, so we really didn’t know what to expect walking in here. As soon as we got there, the staff, Abby and John, immediately let us know what were out of stock and were both more than willing to make accommodations to ensure we still had a nice dining experience. The food was amazing, such good flavors, and we couldn’t have asked for better service. Highly recommend this place!

I thought the food was pretty good. I saw other reviews saying the gyros were not flavorful. I thought they were. On the thinner side but flavorful. Soup was little cold but that’s an easy fix at home. I’d def go back.
