Won’t return. Got 2 loaded dogs for my wife and a tender + fries plate. For $14.50 I expected more chicken and fries. Portion size was pitiful. Tenders were like nuggets almost and half of the fries were nearly burned. Chicken wasn’t crispy. Hot dogs tasted like gas station dogs according to my wife. Publix chicken tenders are way better, if that tells you anything. Guess that’s why it’s so dead in there. Too bad. .

Hot dogs are priced good, but casing is very think and dogs don’t taste great. But $7 for a side a fries you’d expect way more and better quality. Took one bite of a fry, not good. $18 for 2 loaded dogs, a sides of fries and a drink is ridiculous for the quality and portion size.

My husband had been looking for an opportunity to try this place for years, based on the recommendation of his friends from work. We finally were in the right place at the right time & were able to give it a try. The restaurant was founded by a man from New York & brought his special recipes with him for a New York experience here in WNC. The food was excellent (for a hot dog place) and the service was very friendly & helpful. Restrooms were roomy & clean single stalls. The only problem was that it is the dog days of Summer & I don’t think the AC was on or working. We were so overheated that we left pretty quickly. Plenty of free parking & fun atmosphere.

We have eaten here for several years and have been very pleased until today…I don’t know who the woman that took our order today but she was the rudest person we have ever met. I ordered a Carolina dog and my wife ordered a house salad. I asked my wife if she wanted to split an order of Fries and Onion rings and she said yes. So I ordered a 50/50 of fries and rings and two drinks. $31.27 for a hot dog and a salad with two drinks and 50/50 fries and rings. When she brought the meal I asked her why was the bill so high and she said that I ordered separate orders of fries and Onion rings and I said I wanted the 50/50 order she told me that I ordered separate orders and I told her that I didn’t she said that’s what she heard and turned and walked away. So just a word of advice if you go into the restaurant and there is a short woman with short white hair turn around and leave before you get ripped off. I will not return and that’s sad because we really did like the food there. It’s a shame one rude person ruined the entire experience.

I wish I would’ve eaten Hot Dog world instead. We had never tried this place before but we thought we would give it a try.

The lady at the front was very pleasant. I had a Carolina dog and fries and a drink for 14$. The food wasn’t anything special. Not for the price at least. The handcut fries were brown and not crispy .

Me and my girlfriend came here because hotdog world was so packed the line was a mile long. I got 2 hotdogs a drink, she got a cheeseburger and drink and we shared a large fry and it was $33.46.

You don’t come here for the ambience. It is just some of the best seafood I’ve had in years! The scallops were sweet and succulent. The oysters also equally suberb.A must visit if you live seafood. I’m sure the hotdogs are great too!

Cannot attest to the food as I turned around and walked out due to reading how high prices were. 7$ for a regular order of fries that doesn’t come with the meal is utterly ridiculous.
