So happy a bagel shop opened in North Naperville because we have too many donut places.
Bagels were decent. Had the tuna melt and the flavor was good but the tuna salad had too much mayo mixed in, made it sloppy.
Service was a bit slow but I know they just opened a few days ago.

North Naperville finally has a bagel spot AND it’s a GAB?! Mind blown!!
This location recently opened, 3 days has been opened, brand new. I think with some time and tweaks I can easily update this to 5 stars. It is designed similar to other GABs and is kept clean.
Staff members were friendly and the owner was there when my husband and I came in. Everyone is still learning but in my opinion they all seemed like pros.
I’m comparing this location to the Elk Grove village location. TBH the EG location is the best out of all the franchises. How can Naperville be comparable to EG? My tips – the bagels are missing something, the texture isn’t as fluffy and thick. The cream cheese isn’t as flavorful and they are pretty stingy when it comes to how much cream cheese is on the bagel. For a $5+ bagel with cream cheese I expect more. Overall this is an OK bagel place. I do believe it can be better and I am hopeful when I come back things will only continue progress to 5 stars.

Came here with my husband today! Friendly staff and the bagels were good :). It’s not a super chewy bagel, it’s softer than what I’m used to, but it was delicious in its own way!Not too expensive as the bagels are quite large. Will definitely be back!

The service was bad. They over charged us by $21.00 and kept arguing it was correct. We ordered 3 bagels w/cream cheese and they charged us $54.00. she kept calling our bagels Super Bagels but not at $18.00/each!!! She just kept arguing until another employee came and fixed our bill. Just frustrating.
