Beyond disappointed after my last visit. (I normally stop here twice a week. And i always tip) I placed a pick up order for a bagel w cream cheese. I get there and ask to add to my order 3 plain bagels, small tub of cream cheese and a bag of chips. All receipts clearly states at the top, buy 3 get 3. When I asked for my 3 free ones the male employee made a big deal about how I should know, because everyone knows (he pointed to other customers) that only free if I buy 3 plain bagels, which I did.
Look at this reciept, they charged me incorrectly and I did not get my 3 free bagels free. I will not be back there ever again.
My order was supposed to be bagel w cream cheese, bag of chips, 2 cinnamon crunch bagels and 1 cinnamon raisin and 1 tub of cream cheese. (4bagels) which is what I left the store with. As you can see from my photos. I never ordered a coffee w butter.

In town for a hockey tournament and found this place near our hote.. and WOW, what a score! The bagels were massive and still light and fluffy. Honestly the best we’ve had in forever.
Yeah, it’s a little pricier than your average bagel stop, but totally worth the splurge!
For sure the next time we’re back, those sandwiches are happening. They smelled so good I almost followed one out the door!

Wonderful experience, I had a big order for a company meeting. Last minute, I walked and was gratiously helped throughout. Then as I was about to leave they helped me to my car with many bags along with coffee boxes. Mucho Grande impressed 5 thumbs up

Great service and addictive Cuban Panini! Fresh flavorful sandwich made to order in 5 min!. I also like the frozen/ blended spicy chai… perfect for a hot day! Update- two items actually. 1) Spicy chai is alsogreat HOT. 2) I really appreciate the cleanliness. When work slows they mop and wipe… floors cleaner than kitchen counters in some places. I am asthmatic, and have never found the cleaning smells to be an issue… Stop in and check it out!

The order placed was not received. 7 of 13 bagels were wrong. Did the bakers dozen special and received one extra I guess for the error. Received 4 plain or egg maybe and 3 I don’t know what. I did not order ANY plain and didn’t order 4 grain honey due to allergy, and 1 looks like oat also not ordered.
My number was provided and they could have called or texted for substitute if they were out. This was purchased for someone else… for guests.

I ordered for delivery through Uber, the driver was told he was not allowed to open the bag to check the items, he was also told that everything was there. It wasn’t.
They didn’t call to tell me they didn’t have certain things so they just put whatever they wanted in the bag. I have no idea what is here and they didn’t either. They were unwilling to fix it.
They didn’t put two of the cream cheeses I ordered in the bag and they also didn’t fix it.
Never ordering anything from them again. She was so rude and annoyed with me somehow that she screwed the entire order up. How do you screw up bagels? How do you not call to make sure you can change an order. What if someone has severe allergies etc?
0-10 never bother to go to this place
