We didn’t even end up getting to try the food here because we walked in and waited 10-12 minutes for our presence to not be acknowledged at all. I understand if the restaurant is busy and if there was a wait, but we stood there trying to get the attention of a server or anyone who worked there (apparently there was no hostess) and was ignored by everyone. The people in front of us were also waiting until we finally ran out of patience and just left.

This location has gone downhill. Not only is their delivery and pickup system down every weekend but once you place your order and arrive for pickup. They have half of your order ready and question you on what you order. The shakes are not even filled up. They serve you whatever amount they feel like it. Terrible service.

It was very busy when we first got there, tables were full, bar was full so it took a few to get seated. Once we got seated our server came over to us and put our drinks & food order in right away. Food was phenomenal, drinks were great- bartender and server were extremely accommodating and friendly. Can’t wait to go back!
