Hands down the best steak ever
We’ve been coming to The Grange North Berwick for over 10 years and it has never disappointed, not once. We’ve enjoyed date nights, family birthdays and just a last minute dinner when we don’t want to cook.
We came tonight and had their amazing January special. We both had the rib-eye steaks with garlic butter, plus chicken tenders and onion rings on the side. Everything was cooked beautifully and full of flavour.
Consistently amazing food, a place we’ll keep coming back to for years to come.

Had an amazing American-feel meal at The Grange!
As an American, there are only a handful of places that cook food that make me feel at home – The Grange is one of them! The steak was absolutely delicious, so juicy and decadent. Came with a generous side of fries and a baked tomato! The atmosphere is lovely and felt so cosy.
The only thing was the chocolate brownie sundae we ordered (as pictured). We were excited for this but the ice cream was subpar and it only had one small piece of brownie.
I wouldn’t recommend the desserts but I would definitely recommend the steak!

Huge portions, great food, excellent staff, busy atmosphere. Catered perfectly for my peanut and sesame allergies (they checked the cooking oil without me having to ask). Would definitely return.

Came here for pudding!! Really wanted a sundae and they did not disappoint!! Shame we had already had dinner as the menu sounded amazing for steak!!!
So many different pudding options, we went for chocolate sundae and Eaton mess! 10/10 for delivery! Staff were super friendly and super passionate!!!
Definitely try the sundaes! Also you need to publish the menu on the website/online!

Absolutely outstanding from start to finish. My steak was utterly delicious and could have been cut with a blunt butter knife! It was cooked to perfection! My husband had a burger which he said was absolutely delicious and was beautifully presented. Even though we were full we simply had to try the sundaes…..the Scottish one and the Shortbread & Tablet one. Wow! Fabulous!
We left with very full tummies and a vow to return next time we are in North Berwick!

A birthday celebration with family and what a fabulous place to celebrate. The food is amazing the staff are so friendly and helpful. The steaks are huge and the sweet chilli and soy sauce is to die for. You won’t get the recipe though sadly will have to visit again for the steaks and sauce. Our meal was so good we went back the night after for another meal but different food and it was all amazing

Joanne the owner is always welcoming, we never see her husband Matt, he is always cooking the tasteful, delicious, huge servings we receive and it always feels homely. The Grange is excellent. Compared to others in North Berwick it is a cut above. Excellent service, huge portions without sacrificing quality. My ribeye steak almost melted in my mouth. Highly recommended.

The Grange is an excellent place to have dinner. The food and atmosphere were both outstanding. The owner JoAnne was incredibly accommodating. We were looking for a place to eat when most places were closing down and she welcomed us in. She and her entire staff treated us so well and never rushed us. The food (and desserts) were amazing and I would highly recommend The Grange if you are looking for a great dining spot in North Berwick. Don’t miss it!!
