The Grange is an intimate farm-to-table restaurant. Yes, we actually have a farm with organically grown produce! The menu, displayed on a chalkboard, changes with what is available seasonally. We have a great local source for grass-fed beef and we serve wild-caught fish and seafood. Gourmet salads and local cheeses are a favorite as well. Reservations are strongly suggested. The last seating is at 8:30 PM.
Bright & cheery market & eatery featuring farm-to-table American fare with an international bent.

This is a very quaint cute little restaurant nestled in Warwick NY on the boarder of NJ. It is expensive but the quality is exceptional! Well worth the money. The menu changes seasonally since it is farm to table. Need reservations or you won’t get a table. It’s a very small restaurant about 6 tables. The restaurant is right next to a creek and has a very cozy vibe. Can’t say enough about the food, it really is wonderful, great for a nice night out. You will not be disappointed and I always leave very full! About $100-$150 per person if getting 3 courses and alcoholic drink(s), they have a wine and beer menu and loose leaf teas! Would obviously be less if not getting the 3 course option that they have or alcohol. Hope you have a great time here like I did!

Our experience at the Grange was exceptional. The service was warm and on point, and the food was both unique and locally influenced and sourced, and delicious. Though there were not many vegan or vegetarian options, this was openly discussed when making the reservation (plus the restaurant affords some flexibility in meal options for specific dietary restrictions/ palates). I’d highly recommend this spot for an intimate setting serving exemplary cuisine (the creme brulee is not to be missed).

Amazing food, service, and atmosphere. The restaurant is small and full of charm, with beautiful artwork on the walls. We were given a really warm welcome and very attentive service. It is clear that the people who work here take great pride in the restaurant – as they should, and care about their customers. My friend and I opted for the prix fixe menu and started with a caesar salad and cheese plate – which were excellent. For the entree I highly recommend the sable fish – like cod, except silky! I had the lemon dessert which was amazing! I cannot say enough nice things about our experience. We were really spoiled by the service and gourmet food. I can’t wait to go back! Thank you!

After living within five mins from The Grange and never have gone in, my gf and I went there for date night last night. The Grange was by far the best meal I have had in a long time in the Warwick/Vernon area. From start to finish everything we had was awesome. The atmosphere was super cozy and very comfortable. Both meals were super flavorful and we were extremely impressed. We will be sure to go back.

My friends and I are always in search of Farm to Table meals when we go out to eat. On this particular Friday we were heading over to hike the Stair Way to Heaven… which for me was absolutely grueling at most parts and while the view at the top was majestic what made the hike worth it was the epic 3 course meal we all got to share together afterwards. The Grange was extremely accommodating with our party of 6. At first they couldn’t take us but just as I was calling another location they rang back and had rearranged things to fit us in. We were told we would have to do a prefix meal costing $65 for each person because of our parties size. Only one person had a complaint about that because “she doesn’t usually eat that much.” Once we got to the entrees she was drooling all over the place and saying that she’s so happy we had to do a prefix because everything was delicious. Between the six of us we ordered the entire menu and got to try a little bit of everyone plate, cause that’s how we roll. Each bite was transcendental. Scored by soft and soulful music that played from a record player in the background. I just freaking can’t wait to go back there and have my mind blown again. ORDER EVERYTHING!

I recently had the pleasure of dining at this place, and I must say, it was an extraordinary experience from the start to finish. The ambiance was warm and inviting, with a perfect cozy charm. The staff were incredibly attentive and made us feel right at home. Each dish was a masterpiece, bursting with freshness and flavors. Highly recommended this place.

I came to Warwick to spend a pleasant day, escaping the New York routine, and I wanted to stop by this restaurant because it had good reviews. When I arrived, I was told they couldn’t serve me because I had to make a reservation. I looked around and there was no one there. They should treat their customers better; I was just going to get something to eat and leave!

We went to dinner on Saturday night and it was a Prix fix night of 3 course meals for $65 per person. The food was absolutely amazing with a great choice of wine bottles to go with. The owner was playing some fantastic records in the background.
Between the four of us, we had cod, duck, and steak and they were super delicious. We also tried all 4 desserts which are Chocolate lava, Apple crumble, Lemon meringue, and Crème brûlée. My favourites were apple crumble and Crème brûlée which was absolutely smooth and has a perfect sugar level.

I’ve heard so many good things about this place, I was happy that there was room for us last minute today. As a professional chef who has worked in the food industry for many years, I was pleased with the menu selection, presentation and balance of flavor. The oysters were great, the flavors in the NY steak and Brussel appetizer were spectacular and I appreciate that they plated our split entree. The flourless chocolate cake was heavenly. I give it four stars as it was cold in the dining room, the plates did not feel heated so the soup and entree quickly cooled off. I was told by the host they were pulled from the oven but I touched the plate immediately by habit when served, as heated plates is a basic when cooking professionally and sadly they were barely warm. The old house charm may contribute to the draftiness so it should be compensated by serving the food HOT. They forgot to leave off the croutons for my friend with a Gluten-free request and as she had to wait for a spoon to take out the croutons, it had more time to cool off. Though the server was kind, he didn’t check back after each course, so we couldn’t ask for a hot one. I will still give it another chance because everything was cooked perfectly, just wished the food were hot.

Very intimate. Delicious, original. Had the prix fixe menu. We had the spinach strudel, cauliflower soup, braised lamb, gourmet burger, creme brulee x 2. Friendly, attentive staff. If you haven’t been, I highly recommend. Reservations are necessary.
