Barbara and her team (including Haley and Sam) gave us the most spectacular day my daughter’s bridal shower They were fantastic and did not skip a beat! The food was AMAZING…AND the view / entire venue was just perfect (not to mention the great weather ☀️ ) We couldn’t have asked for a more perfect event!!! To be honest, I could not have imagined anything better than what we received from the Grandview Saloon – and I will recommend this restaurant to everyone I know for dining and events in the future!

View is breathtaking. But food is mediocre at best. Our server from GA was fantastic and manager was accommodating when we sent back 3 steaks that were cooked to wrong temperature.

Let’s be honest; you’re here for the view. And the view does not disappoint. A terrific view of the Pittsburgh skyline, rivers, stadiums, bridges, etc. The view is a winner, and justifies what would otherwise be high prices for the food quality. The food is good, but not as good as the prices would indicate. However, the view more than makes up for this difference. Service was good and helpful.

We ate here for brunch for a bachelorette party. First of all the food was AMAZING but the best part of the experience was our waiter tay brought the bride to be a huge slice of red velvet cake on a beautifully decorated plate that he did himself. And the view from our table was perfect. 10/10 would eat here again

Best quality about this place would be the amazing view of the city, but it’s probably the reason the menu seemed overall expensive. The floor we were in had a decent setting, and the staff was friendly. The food was a bit underseasoned, but still good.

I don’t often give bad reviews to place unless they truly deserve it. This place is called Grandview because of the view. That is the only redeeming point about it. The staff were friendly, but not as attentive because they didn’t refill our drinks and failed to bring one of our drinks. What is so bad about it? Well, it’s not horrible, just not very good.

Many recent reviews share the same exact concern. This has to be my worst rating in many years but hoping it will be a wake up call to the ownership.

Good food with awesome view of the city, pretty quick service because we took only 1h parking, and we are tourists visiting the city.

The atmosphere was great, the views were spectacular! We sat out on the balcony, it was actually chilly but it was nice. The food was good, but was lacking a bit, and the service was great! I was confused by the outdoor signage as it was blue awning with the name being Coal Hill Steakhouse so I was confused by that. I called them to confirm where they were actually located. I’d go back again.
