Truly an amazing view to have while having dinner. We got seated by the windows and got to see Lake Geneva right in front of us. Try reserving an earlier time for a better chance at getting a table by the windows. Their shrimp cocktail is exquisite – super fresh and big! Steak was very well prepared. Overall, a very pleasant dining experience.

My wife and I went to this restaurant for our 10 year wedding anniversary. The waitress was nice but didn’t even tell us the specials and I only know when she told the table behind us about the specials. I ordered NY steak and it was really bad. I asked for medium and it was a hockey puck. My wife got like a scallop pasta and that was better but nothing special. The atmosphere was awesome by the water but that’s all I say about this place. Would just come here for drinks and not for dinner.

Birthday dinner with friends. 3rd time eating here. Never disappointed with my meals here. Being gluten and dairy free it can be difficult to find a restaurant to eat at. Grandview has well marked GF options on their menu.

Took my wife here for our 5 year anniversary. Non the less we won’t be going back. Food wasn’t the greatest and for the amount you pay didn’t get that much. I got a 70 dollar steak. One would think it would come with mushroom if you wanted. Nope had to loose my potatoes to get mushrooms. Then after the waitress boxed my leftover I opened it the next to see my leftover mushrooms were gone… cool

Came here for the 1st time celebrating a grandparents 80th birthday. Ordered the $70 Prime Ribeye which looked absolutely amazing when it came to the table. After the first bite I was very disappointed. The steak was very tough and had lots of inedible parts. I’ve had my share of prime grade steaks at places like 5’oclock steakhouse, Flemming’s, and Capital Grille and this steak was definitely not “prime”…more like choice imo. The steak was served on a bed of mashed potatoes that were very bland and did not have a nice whipped consistency. My 11 year old son wouldn’t touch his either. The broccoli that came with was overcooked and also lacked any flavor. Was very disappointed and dissatisfied with the meal. Our server did not ask how the meal was at any point after the plate was delivered. Will not be back and almost feel ripped off after spending $300+ for 2 adults and child. I’ve never had a bad meal at any of the mentioned restaurants listed above and they’ve all gone above and beyond to ensure we were enjoying our meal.

My husband took me here for my birthday dinner on a Monday. He made reservations, but we definitely didn’t need to. The view was beautiful and the restaurant was very nice as was our server, Emily. I had a mojito and my husband had a standard Captain and coke…my drink was pretty good. I had crabcakes and risotto, both were good, but I wish it had a bit more sauce than what it came with. My husband ordered a steak, but they gave him the wrong one (which was more expensive-he didn’t let the server know so she could correct it, so that was on us) He said it was amazing though and worth the extra money. However when it came out, my husband told the guy he ordered whichever steak, and the guy confirmed that it was the one he ordered (which it was not) So maybe just a bit more communication in thr back of house would be good.

We loved each course we ordered, and I didn’t even have the chance to take pictures of our food because they were all great, starting from the warm bread with butter (with herbs) in the beginning.
