Very friendly patient customer service. Also very tasty and importantly reasonably priced service. They offer “Only 8” frozen yogurt which was my first time having being I’m violently lactose intolerant lol seriously tho! It was delicious and didn’t mess with my belly! Will definitely continue going back!

absolutely LOVE grandstand, hands down my favorite location for ice cream. The sizes are heaven sent trulyyy. Everything from the mozzerella sticks to the ice cream is amazing, so excited for them to open again next year! ❤️ amazing costumer service aswell

Took Mikey to The Grandstand for ice cream..The staff was very friendly and even hand delivered him his ice cream.The flavor burst ice cream is awesome .When he finished his ice cream he wanted to try the batting cage and smacked a couple of fastballs with his numb chucks. We had lots of fun and can’t wait to go back and try some of the great food we saw being served..

I live in this town and,if you don’t know, there are 4 soft serve stands here in this county alone. I will go out of my way to go to this stand as the price and sizes of the cones make it worth it. Their medium is much larger than the other stands around here. We went at 1230 (I didn’t know opening time) and I was disappointed. Found out what time they opened (1pm), and we ran errands and drove back here. The ice cream is the best. My husband likes this one flavor hard they have so much better than the same flavor that the other “big stand” had. We will always choose to go to Grandstand.

The service is decent. Sometimes I wish it was friendlier but hey it is what it is. Ice cream is usually a good size for the price and is always delish especially on a hot summer day. Been here many times and will continue to come back for ice cream.

Was told to check this place out, and I wasn’t disappointed. Had a fantastic fsu dinner with a side dish f onion rings. Everything was delicious. My daughter ordered a hot fudge sundae and said it was the best she had all summer.

By all accounts these guys probably do guys probably do ice cream really well.. Most people were buying ice cream and getting it quickly and smiling. They have a large food menu and I stopped in while working late and ordered a cheeseburger. It cost more than $7 so I got it with no ketchup add pickle and mustard. Got no pickle and a mustard packet. It fit in the palm of my hand (no fingers. I can’t imagine not feeling shame to charge so much for so little. Oh, it also took 30 minutes from line to hand off.

Absolute glad they are open!! Get hankerings for a hot dog and onion rings which are always consistently fantastic!! And the soft ice cream flurries, Butterfingers of course, delicious! Our favorite place to go for a summer like meal anytime!

I would recommend considering switching the batting cages to slow pitch baseball or alternate nights if the machines are easy enough to configure. I’m not sure how many high schoolersadults are coming for 80mph fastballs but my 8 year old would go every night if his only option wasn’t 65mph baseballs or 45mph softballs
