Ordered the Italian sub with, onion rings and mozzarella sticks. They charged me for Mac and cheese bits instead of mozzarella sticks. So they had a refund my money to my card, which will take 5 to 7 business days then charge my card again for the correct order. The sub is $14 which is not bad for a resort until you get it and there’s only two slices of ham and two slices of salami. Not worth it on your rings and mozzarella sticks were good. keep in mind it only comes with onions, banana peppers, cheese, and meat. I also ordered a pepperoni pizza last night. Reminded me of a Chef Boyardee pizza. I could’ve made a better pizza myself. Don’t waste your money.

Ordered the 17″ pizza for $27 and each topping was $4 each. Sure you’re paying for the convenience but similar to another review, we waited while others who ordered after us got their food. This is NOT double mushrooms. I’ll drive to Flippers next time.

My recent stay at The Grande Cove at Marriott’s Grande Vista Resort in Orlando was absolutely fantastic from start to finish. Whether you’re in town for the theme parks, a golf getaway, or just looking for a relaxing vacation with all the comforts of home, this place hits the mark on every level.
The accommodations were incredibly spacious and spotless. I stayed in a multi-bedroom villa, and it felt more like a high-end condo than a hotel room. The suite featured a fully equipped kitchen, washer and dryer, comfortable beds, multiple TVs, and a private balcony with serene views of the resort’s beautifully landscaped grounds. It was perfect for unwinding after a day exploring Orlando.
The Grande Cove area is peaceful and quiet, but still centrally located within the resort, making it easy to access everything. Whether it was the main pool area, the clubhouse, or the walking paths around the lakes and golf course, everything was within walking distance or just a quick ride on one of the resort shuttles.
Speaking of the pools – they were immaculate and family-friendly, with plenty of lounge chairs and shaded areas. The main pool had activities for kids, while other areas were quieter for adults looking to relax. The on-site restaurant and bar had a great variety of food and drinks, and it was nice not having to leave the resort for a casual bite or tropical cocktail.
One thing that really stood out was the attention to service and cleanliness. The staff was warm, welcoming, and professional, always going the extra mile to make sure our stay was comfortable. Every area we visited was spotless and well-maintained, from the fitness center to the lobby to the grilling areas.
Location-wise, the resort is just a short drive from Disney, Universal, and SeaWorld, yet it feels like a secluded retreat tucked away from the hustle and bustle. We loved being close to all the major attractions while still having a peaceful home base to return to.
The resort also offers tons of amenities—a market for snacks and essentials, a spa, golf, bike rentals, a game room, and scheduled activities for both kids and adults. There really is something for everyone here, whether you want to relax or stay active.
In short, The Grande Cove at Marriott’s Grande Vista Resort is a top-notch choice for anyone visiting Orlando. It’s clean, safe, beautifully maintained, and truly feels like a home away from home. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to friends, families, or couples looking for a well-rounded, comfortable, and luxurious resort experience.

Relaxed poolside atmosphere at the Main Village with inside and outside tables. It’s convenient and the scenery is pretty around the big pool with the jumbo TV; so it’s fun.

The food is great, the drinks were on point, the pool temp is perfect, they had a movie playing for the kids on a jumbo screen, and everyone was really nice. What more could you ask for?
The first night it was cool outside so we grabbed drinks and went inside to order. We stayed in there to eat. I had the shrimp burrito with the Thai chili sauce and it was really good. Another night we got delivery to our room and I ordered the 17″ pizza and it was really good as well.

Ordered my food at 7pm, the people I was with ordered after me. I had nachos, wings and a salad. At 7:45 everyone had got their food and nearly finished it so I asked where mine was. The response was “oh wings take longer, maybe 10 minutes.” Then 10 minutes later I see someone bring my food out, set it under the heater (including the salad) and go help other guests. I proceeded to wait ANOTHER 10 minutes to have someone come load my food up. Unreal. The food was okay (a little cold, with a warm salad), but I would never eat here again.

We got delivery a few nights while staying here and it was always tasty and delivered quickly.
The Falafel wrap my was favorite and the pizza was much larger than we thought so definitely go for the smaller size if you are eating it alone
We ordered burgers one night and selected no tomato lettuce or onion for a kid and it still came with all those things so they may not be all that reliable for customised orders when it’s busy

Save yourself the trouble and make sure you eat there and do not order out. If you do order, DO NOT GET the Polynesian bowl.
Ordered food online at 9:42 pm and received the food at 10:45pm. The time between the order and received wasn’t the issue. The issue was with that amount of time, the rice somehow is undercooked and chicken overcooked. I managed to get crunchy rice and rubber chicken as a so called meal.
I would show pictures of the food, but you can look up stock photos of a dumpster fire on Google.
