We really enjoyed this restaurant, so much so that we went twice in one day! The drinks and the food were great. The tacos were huge. The staff are phenomenal! Highly recommend!

Great atmosphere inside! Nice big windows that let lots of light in. Had breakfast here right when they opened so had the whole place to ourselves. Very attentive server. Good was excellent and came out fast. Would highly recommend and hope to come back soon!

Grand Cantina in Walkerville has a great menu with plenty of solid options. The tacos were really fresh, and I enjoyed the unique twists they bring to the flavors—it made the experience stand out. Overall, I thought it was pretty good, and I’m definitely a big fan of their churros.

We visited The Grand Cantina on a Sunday night and had an excellent experience. I ordered four tacos, my wife had three, and we shared an order of duck fat fries, finishing with the eggnog butter rum cheesecake. The food was outstanding fresh, flavourful, and clearly well prepared. Service was exceptional; our waitress was very attentive and made sure my drink was always full. The food arrived quickly and everything was exactly as ordered. Overall, a fantastic dining experience.

Amazing spot! I really appreciate how The Grand Cantina puts care into their non-alcoholic drink menu, it’s nice to have creative mocktail options that don’t feel like an afterthought.
Their duck fat fries are one of my favorite sides, and the tacos options are consistently great. The shrimp tacos especially are a personal favorite.
Staff is always friendly & welcoming, and the restaurant itself is beautifully decorated.

Great atmosphere and service! 2 out of 3 of my tacos were pretty good. The taco that had fried chicken in it was bad and the chicken was really burnt (part of it was black). So maybe that one was in the bottom of the fryer. The fish taco was excellent. The other one was okay. The duck fat fries are something. However my favourite snack was actually the nachos. They need to be eaten quickly as the sauce is a bit runny. We would definitely return as we enjoyed the atmosphere and the service. For what you get it’s a tad pricey. Leamington still holds the title for best authentic Mexican food.

We visited Grand Cantina for lunch to celebrate my friend’s birthday and had such a wonderful experience! The food was absolutely delicious — we tried nearly all the vegetarian appetizers, and even my 2-year-old loved everything. The service was exceptional; our server was incredibly kind and patient with my toddler, which made the experience even more special. Can’t wait to come back and try more of their menu!

We had heard good things about The Grand Cantina and we decided to give it a try. We arrived at about 5;30, They were just starting to get busy. When we talked to the hostess, she said that all of the tables were reserved for the next couple of hours, but the bar was available. We chose to sit at the bar.
The food was very good. Tried three of the tacos. They were over the top. Presentation was very good, chips and salsa were good. The meals came out hot and came out quickly.
There is plenty nof parking around the area, that should not be an issue. They do have a small outdoor patio. We will be back.

The Grand Catina has a unique fun atmosphere. It has a nice patio and an aesthetically pleasing inside. The service was not very good for going late afternoon. It was not very busy and there were many servers, we were told a couple of times that someone would bring us plates, napkins and cutlery but no one did and we ended up having to ask a third time before we received it. The drink we ordered was delicious, the nachos appetizer was also very good but got soggy quickly so you have to eat it fast. We got the 3 tacos and we found the protein to be very bland and dry. So having the corn tortilla and then the dry protein, we did have to wash it down a lot. I think they would have been better if served with lime or so dipping sauce.
