It’s been years since I’ve ate here. Decided to stop in with my son this afternoon for a quick lunch. The place was completely empty and it took a while for the server to come over and take our order. I ordered the turkey Panini and she said they are out of turkey and could do chicken so then I ordered the Italiano. How can you serve a $12 panini with one piece of meat? When they brought my food they said they waive the split charge since it wasn’t busy. I didn’t need help giving my son 1/2 of my food but you want to charge $2 or $3 for that? No thanks. This place has gone downhill.

This was an incredible find. My wife and I split two sandwiches and they were both excellent, albeit very messy haha. We opted for the loaded chips too for one that had bacon and Gouda and it was very good, though I would’ve loved a sauce on it too. Servers were very nice and quick.

This was my family’s 2nd time coming to this establishment while visiting the city. The unique idea of Gourmet Chips was such a great experience.
The establishment has indoor and outdoor seating.
Over all it’s just a fun place to eat differently than your regular lunch style food.
Every time I’m in town this place will be on the go to list.
I would recommend it to all to try again and again.
We enjoyed the salt and vinegar chips, Truffle Parmesan Turkey Panini with Parisian Chips and kids cheddar melt with salt and vinegar chips.
We recommend all of the above.

This place was awesome! We sat ourselves and were well taken care of. I got a bottle of Coke to drink, my partner got water. We split the pressed parisian melt with the Cuban chips. It was a perfect combination. The Cuban chips had a bit of a kick to them, so paired with the sweet apple and cheese sandwich was a delight. The price was also hard to beat.
UPDATE: We came back and loved it again. They were still out of plantain chips, so I got the Belgian chips while my partner got the Cuban sandwich. The chips were sweet and good; I could not get enough. The Cuban sandwich was not my partner’s favorite; he disliked the sauce.

Let me start off when you go into a sandwich shop. You shouldn’t be waiting over 30 minutes to get a sandwich with chips. But that’s what we did. The service wasn’t good. The pink hair lady sat us and forgot about us until the 30 minutes came and she gave us our food. She didn’t ask if we needed anything else. The Cajun chips we’re really good. They were the best part of the meal. The Italiano sandwich was okay. Overall review find another sandwich shop. The place is kinda dirty with humidifiers laid down, and the fired smell is pretty bad. So if you want a fast sandwich with good service go elsewhere.

This place is AMAZING!! They have a taste for any palette. I went straight buffalo which was so good. My wife went Parisi an for both. Sandwich was not my style but my wife loved it. My son blasted a grilled cheese. Daughter got Cuban with the salt and vinegar chips. It was all outstanding.

Wow! Such an awesome place. We found this on a whim and were blown away. PEOPLE, they do NOT just have chips!! We split the Truffle turkey sandwich and bbq chips and then the Belgium (get the caramel drizzle) and Parisian gourmet chips with our friends. Others at our table got the Italiano and said it was to die for. Absolutely incredible. We will be back!

THE BEST CHIPS EVER! Wow wow wow! We discovered this gem on a walking food tour called Eating Asheville which exceeded our expectations. We stopped here for sandwich and chips and though the sandwich was good , the chips were fantastic! The show stopper for sure. The perfect thickness and crunch in each chip. They offer so many flavors and toppings and are served in a cone. They have sandwiches as well if chips aren’t your thing.
We were visiting for just 4 days and didn’t have time to come back but I saw that they have online shop so I will be placing my order as soon as I get back from my next trip. With that said, they told us while we were there that the chips stay good up to 6 months so I am hoping that they taste just as good as when we were there.
