The Gourmet Cafe, in the back of The Thornberry Cottage boutique, has tasty sandwiches that feature some gourmet touches. They are available hot or cold. The fresh bread from the bakery next door is like a chibatta roll with great flavor and texture. The meats are accompanied by toppings that pack a punch. While I would say the portion size is large for a lady, it fell a little short for a hungry dude like me. Next time, I’ll get the soup as well. Coffee, tea and other drinks including alcohol are also served.

Stopped in this morning to get an iced latte which was ok. Asked what the quiche of day was and was told they ran out of it earlier in the week. Obviously they don’t have a fresh quiche everyday. Not much else offer for breakfast options which seemed pretty odd.

Only been here once but everything was amazing! It was a downtown spring event day and they had been slammed with a huge group just before we came in but despite that, the food was 10/10 and was brought to us rather quickly. I don’t remember the barista’s name but she was super sweet!

If I could give it more than 5 stars, I would. Beautiful environment, friendly staff, great service! The food is beyond delicious!! I can’t wait to get there again to try something new. Bravo, Suzette and staff!!
