The staff was so friendly went out of the way to make us something they were out of. Plenty of food for the price! $60 and had enough to feed an army filled a huge casserole tin. Everything was flavorful, except the brisket but their nice all homemade sauces fixed that. Definitely our new favorite place!

I moved to waterville/winslow this year and at first i was sad about loosing all the food options i had before but after eating at Gouda Boys i’m relieved to have a comfort food spot again. Their mac and cheese is incredible, the burgers are amazing and huge and the fries are perfect as well. Order with confidence!

Gouda Boys knocked it out of the park with their fabulous creations! The pulled pork was absolutely amazing, and my kids couldn’t get enough of it at the fair. I don’t know why it took me this long to thry this place. The Mac n cheese with brisket is just amazing….their loaded fires are killer. Also their stuffed “eggrolls” are excellent! The only thing I wish they were in a bigger location for more of a sit down.

Saw the bbq pit outside and walked inside to try some. When I got my brisket I noticed it wasn’t fresh and smelled like it was day old and reheated. I called to confirm with staff how old it was and how it was cooked. I was told by staff that they sell yesterdays bbq as today’s and they heat it on a flat top. I tried it but if you know proper bbq then you know I had to throw my 35 plus tip of food away. Hate to leave a bad review on local business but if you have bbq pits outside smoking and I ask for brisket and you hand me something that didn’t sell yesterday as fresh then no thank you.

The 4 Egg rolls meal feeds our family of 4 with leftovers (two kids two adults) “Tupac” stood out to us; their blue cheese & ranch sauce with it.. makes you melt & now we haven’t stopped going back!
Both poutine dishes are perfect;their fries are amazing; they DONT skimp on portions.
Mac cheese makes me cry it’s so good

I ordered on doordash and got everything including my girlfriends sandwich, the egg rolls and all the sides that should have been accompanied by a rib platter. Said platter was not to be seen. 30 dollars, basically half the order just disappeared. I’m hoping to arleast get a refund through doordash but I can’t lie I was looking forward to those ribs all day and now I’m sitting here writing a review like a Karen. But this is what happens when Daddy doesn’t get his ribs.
