Ordered for dinner tonight because I wanted to save the time of cooking so we checked this place out for the good reviews.
15$ for old beaten lettuce
We drove almost 30 min just to get home and open my paperweight salad.
Lettuce was beaten black
The workers that prepped my salad should know better.
This is a disgrace to the customer and the owner of this restaurant, im not going to eat this sorry excuse of a salad, it it will go where it belongs, in the garbage !
I will never give this place my money and i recommend you do the same.

I had the chance to visit @The.Good.Salad’s original location in Santa Clara, CA, and watch my customized salad being made. I love how they use the freshest ingredients daily! The dressing was incredible—it paired perfectly with everything. The mix of textures made every bite enjoyable, and the vibrant colors made it look as good as it tasted. Can’t wait to go back!

It’s a to-go Salad place, you order online for pick up.
The place is easy to find.
We got 2 blazing bird salads with extra chicken and heavy greens.
The salads were tasty, especially the chicken.
The chicken was soft and tender and not dry at all and didn’t taste like mass-produced chicken.
The serving size was quite filling but I was kinda disappointed with how little greens it had (given that we chose heavy green and paid a lil for it, I think .50$)
But overall it was good and I will order again.

First time having Good Salad. Sister had been going for awhile, so she recommended it.
I personally had the cali ceezer salad. I added steak (which was probably an extra $6-$7, so I’m not completely sure that was worth it for the amount you actually get).
Nonetheless, I did like how you could customize your salad. You could deduct toppings you didn’t really care for, and add ones that you did.
I agreed with my sister that the greens here are really fresh and crisp which is really good to know!
Street parking is your best bet to quickly get in and out.

Interesting place to get a decent salad. All the ingredients were fresh, the salad dressing was tasty, and it was easy to order online. Since it is take-out only and located in an industrial park area, there is not much atmosphere to speak of. Parking is hard to find, so most people just double park and walk to the pick-up window.

First time eating here and I was initially happy — the portion was generous, and the flavor was quite good. I was actually thinking of coming back from time to time.
But near the end of my meal, I discovered a large bug in the salad. I looked it up online and it seems to be part of a fruit fly or moth. I immediately returned to the pickup window to report the issue.
What shocked me was the staff’s first reaction: she quickly took the box and closed the window without saying a word. That felt very strange and dismissive. A few moments later, she reopened the window and asked whether I wanted a refund or a replacement. I told her I wasn’t looking for either — I just wanted a quick call or message from the manager.
Unfortunately, no one followed up with me, even after several hours. A simple apology or acknowledgement from the manager would have made me feel better.
What’s even more disappointing is that I saw other reviews mentioning the same issue over a year ago, and it clearly hasn’t been addressed. I hope they take food safety more seriously going forward.

We ordered 2 salads and this is our first time ordering. I loved the salads and specifically the homemade sauces are too yummy! The quantity is also sufficient for dinners. And people who want to eat guilt free food, this is the best choice.
Only one thing I felt is about the protein quantity(probably need to add extra protein in case you’re a portion control person). Apart from that everything is top notch.
