Nothing like a NY style white pizza you can actually eat the crust doesn’t get hard quick 5/5 . Also 1st time having a sub from them cheesesteak everything . When I say those ingredients are so fresh and the roll melts in your mouth. I haven’t had a sub like this in ages. 5/5 The fries are so good 5/5. Will be my sub shop from now on

My wife and I went to have dinner Friday night around 7PM, hands down amazing Italian cuisine. Walking in the place is beautifully decorated. My only complaint would be one of the cashier’s. The black haired white girl not only got my order wrong, but was looking down at her cellphone constantly. The other cashier young blonde woman came out and was delightful. Helped me with my order. Helpful and friendly. If you come to dine in, have the blonde girl take your order. Will be back.

I had previously written my review on Good Guys 2 weeks ago on the food and service, which were phenomenal. Unfortunately, I had to come back and change my review as for my recent visit in which the staff was terrible. The older woman was completely dismissive and the food was dry. I would only come here with my husband as the 2 young ladies at the register one blonde, the other has braided hair, were very attentive. Have not seen the blonde young lady in a while. Will not be returning anymore. If you consider coming here don’t waste your time or money.

This place has a decent New York pizza for MD but they have a customer service problem. Multiple times, just getting attitude over the smallest things. At their price point, you gotta be worth the trouble. Idk that it is.

Came just a few minutes before closing on a Thursday, the staff was welcoming and the food was amazing, and for a reasonable price. Can only recommend !

I was here to enjoy a good meal with my family, the food was great and the place looks beautiful. I only have to complain about the service at the place. There was this blonde girl that took my order, she seemed very spoiled and was acting weird towards me. That made me really uncomfortable since I’ve never seen her at the place before I would guess she is new or something. Not only that but she got my order wrong and still acted weird. She also seemed to be interrupting the other guys at the kitchen or something. Other than that the place is great.

All tables were all dirty. Staff wasn’t as friendly as one would prefer. I was stared at several times for long periods of time straight in my eyes without being spoken to. Why? How? Speak to your customers! We’re not just hanging out for fun.
The pizza was 1/2 BBQ Chicken & 1/2 Veggie. I didn’t like how skimpy the toppings were for the amount that I paid. I think that as adults, we could separate our desired sections without “The Good Guys” separating it for us. Take a look at the pictures.
The shrimp toast was good. It would have been great if slices of bread had been topped with 2 shrimps instead of 1 on each.

I stopped here because the Essen Room was closed because it was a Monday. What great fate!
I ordered a couple of slices of pizza using their lunch special. They were delicious and very reasonably priced.
I took a look at their menu while I was sitting there and will surely come back soon! Lots of great looking sandwiches and entrees.
It’s really right off the beltway… Easy in and easy out.

Found this gem after wrapping up a doctor’s appointment. The decor is really clean and authentic. And who knew you could still find pizza by the slice here?
I got the Combo #3 (Slice of meatlovers, house Salad & drink. The thin crust was delicious and hot. I took away a star because the house salad had olives, the dressing was too salty & the fountain drink station only had five options.
Table service was excellent and they even play Italian music on the speakers. I will definitely return in hopes of trying other beloved menu items.

Had dinner at Good Guys yesterday. I had an eggplant Parmesan sub with fries. Both were delicious.
Yesterday, March 14, 2024, was pi day so my wife and I decided to have pie for lunch. We stopped in at Good Guys in Pikesville for pizza.
They advertise that they make thin crust New York pizza. The pizza is delicious, and it has a thin crust, but the crust isn’t as thin as tree New York pizza. On the other hand, true New York pizza crust lacks structural integrity. You have to fold a New York Pizza slice in half lengthwise in order to eat it with one hand. The slightly thicker Good Guys pizza crust can be eaten with one hand without folding.
We both enjoyed the pizza at Good Guys in Pikesville. We recommend this restaurant for an Italian meal.
