I’m not usually a huge fan of Indian food, but my husband loves hot and spicy dishes, so we thought we’d give Golden Spoon a try and wow, I was blown away!
The décor is beautiful, perfect date night spot! The restaurant is spotlessly clean, and the service was excellent. The food was absolutely divine. The lamb kebab with mint sauce was to die for, and the Afghani chicken was rich, creamy and perfectly spiced. We also shared the non-vegetarian platter and honestly couldn’t fault a single thing on it.
It was the best meal I’ve had in Kalgoorlie in a very long time. So refreshing to have food that’s fresh, beautifully presented, and not just deep-fried.
We will definitely be back!

Massively looking forward to this visit for my curry fix and was not disappointed, actually impressed.
First impressions were great, a well presented, modern Indian restaurant and well presented staff. Great to see a form of uniform, loved it.
The young lady serving was professional and attentive, very good service.
I had Onion Bhaji, Goat Curry (hot, and it was!), saffron rice and a plain naan. Everything was delicious and plentiful, I had enough for a lovely lunch the next day.
Highly recommended and a popular choice.

Such a beautiful Restaurant the food is amazing the food individually full of flavour. Amal our waiter was welcoming and very helpful and he certainly makes the quality of our evening really the best meals and restaurant in Kalgoorlie. We have traveled the world and never found such individual flavour in each well proportioned meal.

I had the spicy goat curry and cannot recommend it highly enough. You can choose between mild, medium, or hot; I went for hot, and it was perfect. The chunks of succulent ribs and thick, flavorful gravy were so good that I ended up finishing two plates of steamed basmati rice!

we had a beautiful dinner tonight. The food was absolutely delicious rich and full of flavour.
Our waiter was behind expectations so thank you a lot for the pleasant moment.
The only thing a bit surprising is the music, a bit too loud and may be a bit too pushing for a restaurant room on dinner time.
