We had dinner there just a day ago. We found the menu had many offerings. The food was excellent. The chips super crispy. The servers were kind, patient with us, very inviting and very helpful with suggestions and special requests. I love supporting local businesses and will definitely go back. We loved Patron and the newly launched Golden Kitchen did not disappoint.

The service at this restaurant is five star! We ordered the Birria pizza tonight and it was excellent!! So happy you added that to your menu. Looking forward to trying more new things on the menu.

Bait and switch – verify your order before you eat!
We stopped here for lunch since our usual spot was closed, but we won’t be back. My wife ordered the “Speedy Gonzalez,” which the menu clearly listed as 2 tacos and 2 enchiladas. When the plate arrived with only 1 of each, we questioned the server. He initially tried to tell us we were wrong, but when I grabbed a menu to prove it, his response was simply, “Yep, I know. We are changing to a new menu.”
They still charged us full price for half the food we ordered. It’s a deceptive practice to knowingly hand out menus that don’t match the portions served. The only reason this isn’t a 1-star review is that my lunch fajitas were actually quite good.
Advice: Ask the server if what you see on the menu is actually what you’re going to get before you order.

Patron Mexican Bar and Grill is a lively and welcoming spot known for its authentic Mexican cuisine. The menu offers a great variety of flavorful dishes made with fresh, high-quality ingredients. The vibrant décor and festive atmosphere make dining here enjoyable and fun. Staff members are friendly, attentive, and helpful with recommendations. Their tequila and cocktail selection, especially the margaritas, is impressive. Overall, it’s a great place to enjoy delicious Mexican food and drinks.

My wife and I went there last night (Saturday) for dinner about 6:30 PM. I gave three star rating due to a few things I think are very important.
One star off for the salsa that came with the chips and the other star off for cool but not cold, beer.
Five stars for the burrito chipotle I ordered. It was huge, when it arrived at the table I thought it was a small loaf of bread! It was thoroughly covered with a very nice smoky chipotle flavored cream sauce. Inside I found the corn and chicken and all the other ingredients that made the taste and texture really come together.
Maybe it was just an off night or we were just unlucky.
I like my beer and I like it cold. The 28 ounce mug did not have a trace of sweat on it and tasted like it had sat on top of the bar for 40 minutes before being served.
The salsa that came with the chips was nothing but the juice left from the bottom of the container. It would be generous to say it contained 5% of any thing that resembled chunks of tomatoes or any other normal ingredient. When I asked the very young waitress if this was normal, she said yes (I seriously doubt it was).
Bottom line, we will give it another chance for sure but if the beer is warm, it will be sent back!

Was trying to find a new Mexican restaurant since our favorite in Chan changed ownership and quality. Ordered the Especial Dinner here and it was it was a disappointment – tamale had almost a chemical taste, rice and refried beans were average along with the rest. I would not recommend this restaurant.

Loved it. They have done a nice job coming back after being shut down. The guac is so yummy and everything is so fresh. Service is so good. Very friendly!!!

I ordered takeout for the first time since new ownership took over. I got the fajita burrito, and it was fantastic. I saw someone else say they didn’t get chips and salsa with their takeout or delivery order. I want to confirm that I received a generous portion of complimentary chips and salsa, and they too were fantastic. I will definitely be coming back!

The atmosphere is the same as when it was Patron’s. The service seems average to above average. The food has gone dramatically downhill, though. The salsa and the cheese dip are terribly watered down, even when you order very early in the day. Honestly, the salsa is basically just red saltwater. Refried beans are runny and bland. Entrees were okay, but still not as good as they were under previous leadership. Everything just kind of tastes flavorless. It’s too bad.

As someone who loves Patron, I was curious to see how things would be under new ownership. Since the reopening, my family placed our first online order this evening. Unfortunately, we were disappointed. My family has been getting the Ishmael Special for as long as I can remember. The food itself was still great, but our meals didn’t come with tortillas which have always been included with this specific dish. Also, when we would place online orders in the past, we always received a large bag of the chips and salsa for free, as you would when you dine in. We were sad to see that we didn’t get any today. There wasn’t even an option to pay for some as an appetizer to add to our order. I’m not sure if online orders are different with the new ownership, or if it was just a fluke? We haven’t been to eat in person since things changed, but I think it’s safe to say that we won’t be placing to go orders anymore.
