The food here is pretty good, even though it is not authentically Cambodian. Food is a bit expensive, however. The store itself is small with a few places to sit, mostly a takeout thing.

Cambodian food including vegan friendly options. I was blown away by how flavourful the food is and tastes homemade.
I had the Sunshine Wok (lemongrass savoury), Green Curry (spicy flavourful) and Hot and Sour Bamboo Soup (big portion and yummy). All the vegetables were fresh and crisp, portions super generous and tofu soaks up all the flavour.
I can’t recommend this restaurant enough.

Tried for the first time. Quiet, cozy atmosphere. Clean. Very friendly and polite staff. Food was fast and fresh. Not quite what we expected but still delicious.

Easily our favourite Thai/Cambodian restaurant in Kingston, they make a mean vermicelli Noodle bowl and their selection of curries can’t be beat.
When not going the noodle bowl route we often do the Number One red curry or the slightly spicier Steve’s Number 6.
Want to blow your face off try the Red Laval Spice, I’ve been eating their for years and they still warn me about the heat level each time.
Friendliest owners/staff around.

Food is fantastic. Follow up to my previous review, it does get busy in there and it is a small space. Just be clear and repeat yourself as necessary and you will get the fantastic meal you ordered. Green and Red curry are the best in town.

I ordered the red curry chicken with sweet potatoes (which costs extra). I’m not sure what happened but the chicken was not fresh. It was in large chunks instead of sliced for fresh cooking, and it was very hard to chew. It seemed old and had an off taste. I didn’t finish it and I’m disappointed because it is not cheap and I always tell everyone it’s the best thai and Cambodian food in Kingston.

I hate to give a horrible review but it has been multiple times where I specifically requested tofu spring rolls and get pork. When I called this time to question it, I was told with a giggle “ I’m sorry, I heard pork”. No offer to make it right. No real sound of contrition. My wife is vegetarian and now can not partake in dinner.
The red curry tofu came with hair in it. A couple strands.
I’ve eaten here 15 times, the service is usually great and food is fantastic. The order mistakes have to stop. So disappointing.

We have been coming here for years. Always been great.
However, this time was different. We ordered The number one red curry with sweet potato and vegetables, the red curry chicken and tofu spring rolls.
Aside from a vague resemblance of what we were used to. Everything was off. The flavor, the colors, the weird orange oil. The texture and flavor of the spring rolls were not what they used to be either.
We spent the next day in gut wrenching pain. Such a sad experience.
In closing, we knew that at some point the parents wanted to retire. I’m assuming they have done so now. As the food is not the caliber it once was

We had number one, chicken breasts were not nice tender slices as other restaurants but appeared to be chicken breasts boiled, cut in chunks and weren’t cleaned, had fat and grizzle. Had to rinse off chicken and clean it to even try to enjoy the dish.
