The Goat offers great bar fare done very well. Service has been good when we’ve gone. The pizza roll app shouldn’t be missed and the buffalo cauliflower is phenomenal. My only complaint is the wings come out very lightly sauced and last time I got all drums and no flats. The Goat offers a great option for good food in the sea of corporate giants in the Mt Juliet burbs.

We were recommended to come here when we were at the bank. Wow what a place! We sat outside because we have a toddler that doesn’t sit still. We had a nice view of the pool and the volleyball courts. The restaurant itself is beautiful! I love that the walls open up in the back to give an airy feel. When walking in it feels warm and welcoming.

The food is amazing! I had a virgin Bloody Mary with the tater tot, chicken and pickle chip. I’m a Bloody Mary snob even while being sober and this was one of my favorites by far. My husband had a lemosa. He loved this drink because it didn’t have OJ like a regular mimosa. The biscuits are phenomenal! I could’ve eaten just a whole plate of their perfectly made biscuits.

Our waitress did an excellent job. If we come to the Mt. Juliet area again then we will definitely come back!

Food was amazing!! We love The Southerner Pizza and the trio sampler, it’s practically all we get but everything looks so good. Our waitress Izzy was super nice and very attentive too! (:

To celebrate our wedding anniversary, my wife and I always get a couples massage and then go to dinner. This year was #47 and we chose Third Coast Salt Spa for our massage and The Goat for our dinner after. Both are located in Mt Juliet. The couples massage was excellent but what followed was truly above and beyond. We arrived at Goat and were immediately greeted by the most bubbly adorable hostess named Sofia. We felt like celebrities! She was so excited about celebrating our anniversary that she had handcrafted a greeting card that was signed by the entire staff (see photo). You have got to be kidding me! Who does that? The artwork was incredibly professional and had to have taken hours of her time. Shout out to Brad the GM for encouraging that on company time. After we were seated, our server, Shelby, introduced herself and she was also excited to be sharing our anniversary and went above and beyond the entire meal. The wine was good, the best thing we ate was the fried cauliflower but the entire experience was very special and much appreciated. They even comped dessert! In this day and age of so much division and unrest, this was an oasis of pure joy and selfless fun. So thanks to everyone at Goat who helped us celebrate, especially Sofia, Shelby and Brad.

Ashley is our server this evening. She has been fantastic. We ordered Pickles, wings, BBQ tacos and shared between 4 of us. Plenty for all. Delicious
I didn’t get a picture before we ate

Ashley was our server and she did a phenomenal job. Her customer service was top-tier and truly hospitality-driven—our drinks were never empty, she stayed on top of every request, and made the whole experience feel effortless and welcoming.

The kitchen absolutely crushed it. The drunken shrimp was incredible (I wanted more, but I was already way too full—no regrets). The hot chicken dip was INSANE, and those chips? Don’t even get me started. They’re the kind of chips you can’t get anywhere else—so freaking good.

I ordered the Burger of the Month and it was fresh, earthy, and exactly what I didn’t even know I needed. My fiancé got the Nash Vegas burger and it did not disappoint—absolutely delicious.

Overall, our visit was amazing from start to finish. Five stars in every category. It was the perfect dinner date night, and we truly couldn’t have asked for a better experience. If you go to The Goat, ask for Ashley—you’ll get nothing short of five-star service.

Visited yesterday while in town for business and met some friends there. I ordered the shrimp taco’s and my friend ordered the cheeseburger/ fried pickles. Wasn’t crazy about the pickles but my shrimp taco’s were great!!!
I thought the atmosphere was inviting but wasn’t impressed by anyone that served us. I just didn’t find the staff to be welcoming. From the host, table server, server who brought food etc…the employees just seemed to be going through the motions to get the job done. But the food was super good!

Overall I was left wanting during our first time dining at The Goat. I had high expectations & was very excited, but the experience fell short.

We recently moved to town and had heard/seen great things about dining here. We went earlier today for brunch. We were seated quickly however the table was soaking wet. The menu I received had a small food stain on it and the bottom corner ripped as well which just isn’t a great presentation out the gate. We were given a drink menu that only contained alcoholic drink options with no other drink offerings listed anywhere on either menu. The brunch menu isn’t huge with offerings but enough to choose from that sound good.

We got the biscuit board and the biscuits were just ok. Overcooked a bit and was expecting much better, flaky ones. We also had no side plates on the table. We did ask for some but by the time we received them, we had already used our napkins and the serving plate as an option.

As for entrees, they were overall fine. I got the French toast, my husband got the breakfast casserole with a side of waffles, and my daughter got the chicken & waffles. We were charged $7 for the side of waffles and an extra $1 for the ranch. No mention of an extra charge for the ranch at any point and when we inquired about the cost of the side of the waffles, the server didn’t know. Would not have ordered them for $7. No complaints on the entrees but also nothing stellar to rave about. Just average.

The service we received wasn’t great. We had a lot of questions being our first visit & after a couple, the server seemed put out with us. We had long waits when asking for items like side plates, sauces that were supposed to come with the entrees and didn’t come out with it, etc.

We are very chill people & it takes a lot for me to not give a 5-star review. Overall I’m disappointed and expected a better dining experience all around.

Great food, great vibe The Goat delivers!

Just hit up The Goat in Mt. Juliet and had a killer meal. I ordered 10 mild buffalo wings and the mac & cheese, both were absolutely on point. The wings had that perfect balance of flavor and heat without being overpowering, and the mac was rich, creamy, and had that homemade comfort food vibe.

What really stood out though was the atmosphere. The architecture and interior design were beautiful. You can tell they put thought into the aesthetic. Rustic meets modern with just the right amount of cozy. I snapped a few pics while I was there. It’s definitely one of those spots that looks as good as it tastes.

Whether you’re rolling through solo or with friends, it’s a great spot to chill, eat well, and enjoy the vibe. Definitely recommend, I’ll be back!
