Wow first time for everything. As we entered, they have a deli ☕️coffee counter, not only for the public; but for their the residents.
We came to this nice restaurant/bar. It is so clean inside. It is so peaceful. It is a nice ambience in the atmosphere. My first time ordering jerk chicken I go to Jamaica a lot. It was a total different taste. I was so amazed how great this was. I normally can’t do no spices. It was so good. I just didn’t care. My daughter and granddaughter ordered the cheese pizza which was so cheesy. Our bartender was Sean/waiter. He was so nice and so informative. You need to go check out this spot. We will definitely be back.

I am a resident here and have eaten dinner at The Goat several times. This morning I decided to try their brunch and was super excited. Walking in, there’s a sign that says “seat yourself”, so after grabbing my coffee from The Morning Ritual, me and my boyfriend seated ourselves. 5 minutes passed and I notice that no one’s greeted us, we haven’t been served water, and have no menus. I get annoyed but I’m not a Karen so I’m patient and understanding. I’ve worked in the service industry, I’ve been swamped, and acknowledging your customers goes a long way.
There’s about 4 tables full in the restaurant, so it’s not swamped. There’s 1 waiter. 10 minutes pass and we still haven’t been greeted, no water, and no menus. The waiter is aware of us as he’s passed by us 12 times. My boyfriend goes to ask for a menu and comes back, and we decide what we want in about 30 seconds. And another 10 minutes passed and the waiter still has not acknowledged us and still no water. A waitress starts her shift and starts tending to a table that arrived after us and doesn’t acknowledge us. We leave after about 30-40 minutes of waiting and not a single worker acknowledging us or dropping off water.
Listen, all the waiter needed to do was say “hey, I’m so sorry, I’ll be with you in a minute.” Just an acknowledgment would have gone a long way but instead we were ignored when it wasn’t even busy.
I’m so disappointed.

Nii was an outstanding server! She multitasked effortlessly, entertained our 5yr old, and never once made us feel rushed or overlooked. She was attentive to every detail and made sure all of our needs were met with a positive, professional attitude. Her service truly made our experience enjoyable, and we’ll definitely be asking for her again.

This is my 2nd time ordering from here. The first time I had a horrible experience but I chose not to leave a review because everyone has an off day. Today I placed an order for delivery. I live in the LC so I’m literally 5 minutes away. I received my order late, cold, greasy, cooked at the wrong temperature and missing toppings. The entire meal went in the trash.
I called to complain and received nothing more than an apology. Meanwhile. I wasted money, time and I’m still hungry. I will not return.

I first visited the goat before moving into the complex. The welcoming and friendly atmosphere created by the restaurant staff played a huge role into why I moved into the complex.
Most of the bartenders and restaurant staff are amazing. Summer is probably one of my favorite bartenders at the Goat Gahanna. She is very welcoming and goes out of her way to make sure your drink is refilled and you are well taken care of. You can tell she loves what she does which is something I look forward to when visiting any establishment.
I did give 3 stars for food, I feel the food is really mediocre and expensive. There are a few good options like the wings, flatbreads and fish tacos. However they have made some updates to the menu I hope they continue revisit the menu and offer new options.
Outside of this I have loved my experience so far and look forward to visiting in the summer months to partake in some of the activities held at the goat.

I don’t give 5 stars cause nothing is perfect but the newly remodeled goat is awesome. The staff is knowlegabe and friendly. . The food was SO GOOD! The coffee shop, The Morning Ritual is OVER THE TOP, homemade syrups for amazing coffee drinks and homemade pastries and granola bars!!

Nii was the best server we’ve ever had. She was so kind and made conversation with us to the point where I feel like I’ve known her for years. Everything was clean and the barista at the coffee shop was very kind and made great conversation as well. On top of that, the manager is amazing and our food was fantastic as well. 1000 times better than any other goat we’ve been to. Highly recommend this location!!

I originally gave a 1 star review due to the terrible service I received. Let me tell you I went back recently 2 times and each time Summer took amazing care of not only me but everyone at the bar! She is great! She anticipates needs and remembers small details about everyone .Excellent service!
This place has really gone down hill! I ordered an Old Fashioned and this is what I got. The bartender Andy saw no problem with this. Last time I was here she was on her phone after I ordered a glass of wine. Spoiler alert, I left after waiting 15 mins. Only 6 people in the bar but her texting was more important. I miss Summer! She knew how to bartend! This used to be a cool place to grab a drink.
