Food was mid, service excellent, typical bar atmosphere. Went for the wing special @ 75 cents each and they were average. The GOAT sauce was good, a combo of hot, ranch, and butter & garlic.
All of the food was edible and decent, but nothing was great. Hot sandwiches come with a vegetable – in this case it was canned peas, not appetizing.

Food is always great. Service is fair, we are usually a good size group so i get it. Wings and burgers anytime, fish specials and goat fries are the heavy hitters.

NOT rating the actual restaurant because I ate at their building during fair week. I was pretty excited to try their wings and something entirely different that our fair generally offers. They had 6 wings for $6. Still a crazy price for wings that never came down due to Covid. Took the chance and ordered some plus a basket of fries. The fries were delicious and the basket was heaping full. Two people could share for sure. The wings, I presume were precooked, were mediocre. Two flavors were ordered, butter n garlic and GOAT). The butter n garlic were really lacking flavor. Seriously like little to no garlic at all. I had to salt both the wings and sauce. The GOAT sauce was better but not a sauce I would order again. Regular hot sauce was not an option at the fair. They had several “sweet” sauces but not just plain hot sauce. Wings were very small as well. Maybe some time soon I will get out to their restaurant and try the wings there to compare. Just wasn’t too satisfied with what they offered at our local fair. Maybe next year will have improvements?

The waitress (Taylor) there was amazing!! it was a Monday night, and very busy. she was the only one there. She was kind and got everyone their drinks and meals. She did not skip a beat. The goat wings were very good! We will be coming back to the Goat. Good food, great service. What more can you ask for.

Nice atmosphere, two pool tables, a dining area , a nice med sized rectangular bar area with seatings ( right now seatings around bar counter is almost full), outdoor patio in back ( great spot to smoke – no smoking inside), extra large backyard with fence all around, great smelling food aromas ( I haven’t tried their menu yet though) , loud music but great songs playing from the jukebox , clean bathroom,
I’d come back again .

I love this place. It was Monday after mother’s day and Taylor got slammed and she did an amazing job. The goat sauce it so delicious. There was one girl who must work there but she was there to have dinner and she got up and helped take orders. I love how they all help each other. You have a great staff. Hard to come by sometimes. Thanks for another great meal!! See you again soon.

It took a little bit for the waitress to get our initial drinks but she was covering a lot of tables. She was very friendly. The food was nice and hot and delicious . The atmosphere was fine, not too noisy or rowdy.
