Yesterday morning, I stumbled down the mountains in search of man’s life juice: coffee. I went to the newest addition of Sparta’s culinary business row. It is a family business in a very clean small town where everyone I have met so far has been extremely friendly. It is an exquisitely chic little place that serves the best coffee I have ever had. Mind you, in addition to countless coffee shops throughout the US, I have tasted coffee in a couple of continents and more, e.g., Europe, Africa, Latin America (including the Caribbean), the Middle East, etc. Despite asking for a very strong latte with 5 espresso shots (I needed to wake up a bit), I was pleasantly surprised to taste a bitter less smooth but strong enough for me coffee. The most important factor of my visit was the attitude of the staff. The owner, her son and family welcomed me with the most infectious smiles and laughter I have ever encountered in a business. If you are in the area or on the blue ridge parkway, I suggest you stop by. You will not regret it. I am anxious to go back for more than just coffee. Oh by the way, they also have drive though. This is a first in this town I think.

Loved this place so relaxing and can shop their beautiful gifts as well as enjoy a coffee and dessert with a friend and have a few laughs in a great environment very clean and customer service is given with a smile . Such a lovely place with such caring people who run the place. Always making sure you have all you need can’t wait for my next visit ❤️ they have so many choices of coffee and gifts for All occasions like Christmas or birthdays or just a special thank you for a friend next time I will be sure to post some pictures. Such a fitting place the service, ambiance coffee are exceptional. The Gathering Place is perfect for locals and visitors. If you are a Christian you will find the location uplifting. Well worth the hour round trip a few days in a row for the coffee.

I always love running by for my sweet fix with a muffin or cinnamon roll. My drink of choice is the Hot Chai Tea or a strawberry smoothie. Staff is always very nice and having a drive through gives them an advantage over other coffee places. Definitely a must.

I had the best experience here! The people were so sweet and the coffee was incredible! If I lived in town, I’d be here every morning for coffee and just to chat with the employees. I felt like family as soon as I walked in the door. 10/10 recommend!!
