The owner was there. He was nice. The drinks were good. Very pleasant place to meet up with friends. I was there alone for a while, and it was enjoyable even alone. Classy, but casual. (If that makes sense.)

Was 5 stars. I used to love the coffee’s. Gals and I would gossip & get Cappuccinos and Lattes in the AM. Then something changed, new espresso baristas? They went downhill and we all agreed, we prefer Cafe Floriana for the same prices.

Nice place downtown West bend. Stopped in on ice sculpture Saturday afternoon. Nice selection of beer. Mini cocktail choices at reasonable prices. Appetizers and pizza available. Cribbage, mancala and chess available. Game room with about a half a doesn’t games. Table & bar. Three large screen TVs.

I was going to the men’s bathroom and saw a sliding door. I slightly opened it and one of the female bartenders said, “what are you doing?”
I told her her is was looking to see what might be over there. Then without a second of understanding, she reached out to security to throw me out of the bar.
I was there with many more people and we all had to leave. Very disappointed with the lack of understanding.

This is my first time here and I have to say, this place is incredible! Bartender Raemi is one of the main reasons. Raemi was extremely friendly and MAN DOES SHE KNOW HOW TO MAKE GREAT DRINKS! Highly recommend the boozy cold Turtle latte! Catch Raemi every other Saturday:)

I understand that the Lounge hosts different events, but I go there to do exactly that, lounge. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming with a bar. A bar without the bar atmosphere essentially. There’s really no other bar like it in Downtown West Bend. Feel free to stop in for a handmade espresso martini while you relax street side at The Garden Lounge.

Love the garden lounge so much! We just moved here a few years ago and stumbled into the boardroom/garden lounge! All of the staff has been amazing and we have made so many friends here! Always have an amazing time!! Angela is the best bartender ever!! She always makes sure we are taken care of and always has a smile on her face!! Aleta is also amazing, she has the best dimples and always turns my day around when I see her! Overall this place is so much fun and we always feel so welcome and our cups are never empty (even when I just order Diet Coke and water all night)! Couldn’t recommend this place more!! Our favorite spot in west bend!!
