UPDATE: My daughter and I ate here for dinner on 21 Aug 2024 while staying at the Hilton Garden Inn (almost one year to date, from the first time my family and I tried this restaurant – see original review below). Also, during my 5-night stay, I was able to try their breakfast buffet, well, not entirely the whole thing because I only ate their oatmeal. All-in-all, the food selection (breakfast/dinner) at this restaurant was magnificent.
The service at this restaurant was still outstanding – it was comforting to see that the service provided did not change from a year ago. I was amazed that Lili was still here from our first interaction with her a year ago…but I was delighted at the same time because I know the type of employee she is. For the breakfast timeframe, Claudia, Terry, Grecia were phenomenal. I had the privilege of interacting with them during the early hours of the day and they were all friendly, attentive, and extremely professional. This restaurant continues to hire/keep extraordinary personnel on their roster which is comforting to know for future visits.
Overall, I still recommend this restaurant, regardless if you’re staying on property or not.
Note: My daughter and I had the Chicken Wings, Salmon, and Burger for the evening visit, and unfortunately I was starving too much to take any photos of our meal.

My family and I decided to eat dinner here on 23 Aug 2023 and 29 Aug 2023 because it was located next to the hotel we were staying in (Homewood Suites by Hilton Broomfield).
When we arrived at the restaurant for both visits, we sat down at the table of our choice and were immediately greeted by our server, Lili. She ended up being our server for both visits and I’ll say this, she did such a magnificent job serving us – we were very fortunate to have her twice. Lili was very personable and friendly which was paramount to the wonderful experience our family experienced at this restaurant.
Between both visits, we ended up ordering the salmon, burger, Buffalo Wings, and Cobb Salad. The wings weren’t my favorite wings I’ve ever had; however, it sure was up there in taste/flavor. The burger was cooked exactly to the temperature as we ordered it and the fries were very addicting. The Cobb Salad was crisp, refreshing, and contained great blend of flavors, and the salmon…I would even put that up against some of the salmon we’ve ordered at the high-end steakhouses in our home city of Las Vegas.
If you’re staying in one of the two Hilton hotel properties in the area, then I recommend you stop here for dinner. The prices are reasonable; the price-to-quantity/quality ratio is impeccable.

The wings were delicious. However, the flatbread was beyond disappointing. They advertised it as 16” but it was barely 8”. The pepperoni was very hard and tasteless. Won’t be going back.

The bartender/host/server was great; he was friendly, prompt, and eager to please. No drink options other than water or alcohol. Food was pretty good, nothing to write home about: My medium well burger was more like medium and the only seasoning came from the grilled onions (listed on the menu as onion jam). The NY strip looked more like a flank steak, but he said it tasted fine. Bbq flatbread was extra cheesy and devoured. Chicken sandwich was dry, but tasted fine. Fries were probably the best thing on the plate.
