Let’s be honest: Hotel bars are usually reserved for sad business travelers and lukewarm chardonnay. I walked in here expecting absolutely nothing, and then Brian happened.
Look, I’m not saying I’m “difficult,” but I am saying that my cocktail preferences are usually a riddle wrapped in an enigma. We basically gave Brian a chaotic list of vague adjectives (“I want something that tastes like a vacation but also dangerous?”), fully expecting him to panic and just give us margaritas.
Instead, this man went into full wizard mode. He didn’t just make drinks; he spiritually aligned the alcohol with our souls. He whipped up completely custom cocktails that were honestly rude—rude because now I can’t order them anywhere else. It’s rare to find a bartender who actually listens to a random request and then executes with this level of swagger.
Do yourself a favor: Go to the bar, find Brian, and tell him what you like. Don’t look at the menu. Just trust the process. If you come here and don’t sit at Brian’s bar, you are actively choosing to have a worse night.

We stopped at the bar for a quick drink & check football scores, and ended up staying all nite! Bartender Brian was great– serving great drinks& making sure all the guests were taken care of. Very clean, fun little bar!

I’ve had uninspired hotel food before, but damn. Cheeseburger had air bubbles under the cheese (meaning it was melted under a lamp or microwaved) vegetables looked like they were harvested near Cleveland in the winter of 2015, and they had no romaine lettuce. Great wait staff and hotel staff and awesome beer selection.

I was so tired and my friends and I decided to try the food. We were not disappointed at all. The staff are friendly and we were not rushed. Best of all the food was delicious. The only issue is there is not a good cup of coffee to be had.
