Overall good, not great. The atmosphere is lovely — perfect for sitting down with a coffee and enjoying time with family or a friend. There was plenty of space and seating, which made it feel relaxed and unhurried. The service was decent; the staff were busy and polite, though not particularly warm or engaging.
The food was good overall. I preferred the burrito to the toast — the toast seemed like it either wasn’t freshly made or had been sitting too long before serving. It wasn’t soggy per se, but the bread was soft in a way that didn’t quite work. Not terrible, just not something I’d go back specifically for. Still, I’d recommend it as a spot for a calm and casual morning meal.

I had such a wonderful experience at The Garden Coffee! The breakfast options are absolutely delicious – the quiche is a standout, perfectly baked with a rich, savory filling that pairs wonderfully with their drinks. The customer service was top-notch; the staff was incredibly friendly, attentive, and made sure I had everything I needed. It’s rare to find such genuine, helpful service! I also couldn’t help but notice the gorgeous wooden tables – it’s not often you see such high-quality craftsmanship in coffee shops, and it really adds to the cozy, welcoming atmosphere. Highly recommend this spot for both the amazing food and the outstanding service!! And the the beautiful flowers on the tables were such a lovely touch, adding a fresh and charming vibe. Highly recommend this spot for both the amazing food and the outstanding service!

Breakfast to go!! Small drip coffee. The ladies were rocking a busy day with a smile.
Had the breakfast Sammy it has thin slices bacon on it which I enjoy, acia bowl of fruit.. but what stole the show was the “may flowers” avocado toast! It came with wildflowers on it!! What a wonderful treat! Thank you

Best place for breakfast or if you just want a break. Almost all the car’s in the parking lot are customers and the drive through is always busy. Why? Cuz the food and drinks are great. Remember, the place with the big crowd is where you want to go not the place that’s empty ; ).

Hands down the best coffee shop and atmosphere. Tiana is absolutely amazing and one of the most amazing barista’s in Spokane. I’m sorry my drink can be a difficult order but thank you for not making me feel like a complicated customer

A cute place with good coffee! I don’t order food very often, but when I do it’s always decent food. I love coming here with friends or to study, though it’s little expensive for me to come all the time. I’ve never had difficulty parking, but I can see it being a challenge if the place gets too busy. I haven’t tried the drive thru.
(They recently rearranged their tables inside, and the space works and looks even better than before!)

Beautiful little place to grab a a mocha or any sort of version of coffee that you fancy. And they even have smoothies and my favorite, the mint chocolate chip.
I also love that they are a part of HRC. Reading their materials I’ve learned that 10% of the profits go to help the HRC organization.
The café also has a area for children to play, which was a nice touch.
As far as the valley location goes, it’s very convenient right at the end of Apple Way.
The staff were very professional, and nice. And some thing that I always appreciate in any establishment that serves food is cleanliness. And the best way to test that is to check the bathrooms. And I appreciated the cleanliness.

Asked repeatedly to have crispy bacon on a breakfast Sammy and it’s just as raw as in store. Not what I asked for at all, the egg isn’t even cooked right. Some employees have attitude when you correct them about what you ordered and they have to redo it. This place used to be good but it has taken a sharp fall. I won’t be back.

Whereas I wouldn’t call the staff rude by any means I also wouldn’t consider them warm or friendly. Their food is typically really good & usually my experience is positive. Today, however, I showed up to the drive thru 20 mins before they closed (there wasn’t a line), waited 5 mins for someone to come take my order, then after placing my order (which was a toasted bagel), was told that because they close in 10 mins (it was actually 2:45, they close at 3) that they’ve already shut the oven off so they couldn’t do anything that required the oven which apparently includes toasting a bagel. Considering I rushed to get there before they closed, I was extremely disappointed to learn-once I got there-that they had a closing ritual that eliminated half of there food items 15+ mins before they even close.

Needed a place to hang out and eat lunch while we were between appointments and this one hit the spot for us.
Turkey panini was yummy. The marinated tomatoes is what really made it special. I had mine with jack cheese and hubby subbed cheddar. We both enjoyed it.
However, the real treat was in the berry smoothie. Sooooo ridiculously good. Very flavorful. Almost creamy like ice cream. I was happy that the one smoothie I wanted didn’t have stupid Isagenix in it. The others do. I’m thinking it can be subbed for regular shake powder. Dunno.
