To be honest I was next door at subway and saw this new ice cream shop next door. It was closed at the time but I will stop soon. The stars I gave them are from observation ony.

Didn’t get my whole order. Cashier called me a liar. Left my partial order there to go get my phone to show her my receipt. Just for them to tell me they were busy. Terrible customer service. When I got back they remade my food. But nothing like being called a liar but having your receipt to prove you were right.

We are seasonal people and were really excited to get Galley Pizza-we used to love it. I called to order and that went well. You pay at the regular gas station check out and then need a code to open the “pizza” vault to get your pizzas. They were busy so after I paid, I had to wait and wait for this code. My pizzas were there, waiting but I couldn’t get them without the code. When I got them home, I was so disappointed to find both pizzas VERY over done. All the crust edges were literally black and the cheese on the cheese pizza was brown and tough. It was awful. I had 2 pizzas (1 cheese and 1 with 2 toppings) and an order of regular breadsticks. They were the only thing edible. I spent $38 and we each choked down 1-2 pieces, mostly because we were starving. Moral of the story-look before you leave. We will not go back. Too many choices in the area to risk it.

The food is good but the ordering process since the remodeled is poor. You can’t order food at the window, there is no sign to say how to order in person. Once you order, you sit and wait for around, periodically checking the to go area to see if your food is ready. They need a better set up for walk up orders or advise patrons to order online.

I grew up in napoleon, this place was built after I left… I just recently moved back to napoleon In Jan of 2023 and have stopped here 3 times so far. This place is amazing. My kids always order personal bbq chicken pizzas they love them and the prices are amazing. I have had pizza, chicken quisadillas, and some of the subs. They’re always consistent and delicious! Prices are fair considering there are not vary many other restaurants with in 10 miles+! The staff is always upbeat and fantastic additudes always smiling which made the experience that much better!
The only negative thing I can say is the hours are a bit weird they definitely need to open earlier I’d say around 1030am and stay open a little later 9-10pm and also should open on Sunday!

While the staff is still wonderful it seems like the portions are cut almost in half and the prices have gone up quite a bit. I fully understand prices are going up everywhere but it’s just disappointing to see the price go up and quality going down.
This is such a great little place! The staff is always friendly and helpful and the food is incredible! This just what this little town needed! Can’t wait for my next visit!!!

Good selection of food and ice cream. Didn’t have time to order anything so I opted for a slice of pizza. It was not the best but not the worst either. Great little area to sit. Kids enjoyed it.

Oreo stuff isn’t Oreo. Call it what it is. Cookies and cream. Also don’t advertise that you have hand dipped cones and also charge more for them when you don’t have hand dipped cones. Asked employee about this and they didn’t even know what to say.

Very long wait. Bread sticks were , eh, ok. Pizza was gross. Toppings were prepackaged frozen. Some of them were still cold. Tasted like a frozen pizza from Walmart at best. Girl at the counter was preoccupied with a guy eating there. Hugging on him and giving him all her attention. Multiple other customers had to wait for her as well. Definitely feel ripped off.
